I unfortunately bought something that was not what I thought it was. I asked the customer services for help, Ryan, who was amazing, arranging for the item to be collected, which happened the next day and a refund to be issued on the receipt of the item. Very very helpful

Great value and friendly pleasant staff
I wanted a laptop for my sons 18th birthday but we both knew a brand new one could easily get lost or broken on his way to college. Tech trade had lots of refurbished computers at great prices and good reviews too. I ordered one - paying £5 for it to be delivered next day. This is where they drop a star … 3 days later (and 2 days before his birthday) it hadn’t arrived so I phoned. The person I spoke to was very apologetic and helpful and I received it next day. They have also promised to refund the next day delivery charge. My son is delighted and, despite the delay in receiving the computer, I would definitely use Tech trade again.

The next day delivery was unexpected, but perfect as my old iMac was just about to die. The iMac Pro was exactly as they'd described, I was up and running again in no time, everything just worked out of the box. I'm really happy with my purchase, and really happy with Tech Trade, excellent service.

Second time I've ordered from tech.trade, both times the computer was dispatched same day, this time paid the small £5 fee for next day and it arrived early Saturday morning with tracking.
Computer is in as new condition with 99% battery health.
Student discount on refurbished equipment is a nice bonus.
Would happily point anyone to them for refurbished computers.
