Great service and good communication, ordered a TP-Link omada switch and it was delivered within 2 days. Phoned up and checked on progress and had no issues with getting hold of someone to talk too and provide a status.

Best price I could find and said would be 1..4 working day delivery. Ordered on a Thursday at 1pm and arrived within 24 hours via DHL. Perfectly packed. I sent an e-mail to support as the order-tracking was stuck on 'Processing' and I needed to know when the item would be arriving. Support responded positively within an hour with actual DHL tracking number before their site was updated.

I had issues with other companies stating an item was in stock (which it clearly wasn't) and delivery dates kept getting pushed back. I ordered from techfident and before I could send an email double checking the stock was actually in, there was a knock at my door and the item was here. Item was well packed, delivered within 48 hours. Over the moon with the product and service. Will buy from them again!

I wanted an ASUS Vivobook 14 with back-lit keyboard. ASUS’s UK Sales Website states that a back-lit keyboard is an option. Several UK vendors state it as a standard part of the specification, including Techfident. I checked by e-mail before purchase and received a quick affirmative response. The ASUS Vivobook laptop arrived without a back-lit keyboard.
It turns out that ASUS no longer supply the Vivobook 14 with a back-lit keyboard to UK vendors but they have not advised UK vendors of this change, and even their own UK on-line shop cannot accept requests from or supply to UK customers the back-lit option.
Techfident have been very helpful in sorting out this problem, offering a return and refund or various alternative models with a back-lit keyboard at good prices. The responses from their Customer Services Team were quick and friendly, they have done their bit to help sort out what is really an ASUS problem.
I will happily deal with Techfident again. Richard G – Home user.

Would have been 5 stars if someone actually answered the phone. Call the support number and after being on hold, get an answering machine. Call me old fashioned, but when I call, I wish to speak to someone and get answered. There is a place for emails, txt, WhatsApp etc. but sometimes it’s better to talk
