Great product, slow postage, due to a `postOffice let down and poor customer service response. When I received the lap top it required a password. Simple when told. But online chat wasted hours, no answer. Phone call, no answer, no response to messages. Email eventually responded and bingo. Very pleased with my Mac and the appearance. If some one picked up the phone - I'd give 5 stars easily.

Ordered an iPad 6th generation at a very very reasonable price, which although it was listed as ‘good’, I would say it was excellent.
Arrived as specified and I am very happy with it.
Recommended to all who need this kind of tech.

The phone looks very new and working perfectly well but my experience with the guy at the shop was poor he’s quite rude and needs to work on how he talks to customers

Bought a smart watch of this company fell like I got a real bargain and they were easy and straight forward to deal with I would definitively buy from them again

Bought airpod pros 2nd gen for a cheap price classed at grade “Acceptable”.
Arrived really quickly in like 1-2 days as written and the quality was great on the airpods. However, it did say Lightning charging case but I got a USB c case charging, which is better for me i guess.
Had no marks on the airpods and essentially looked new, for a really cheap price too.
Haven’t seen customer service yet but it’s apparently good from what I’ve heard.

I bought an expensive XP13 laptop. It was fine when it arrived but then when just carried in a bag (not dropped or anything), the screen broke. I am not sure who is at fault - Dell design fault in manufacture or company, but I now have a very expensive completely dud piece of junk. The company gave absolutely no help and did not say what to do.

I ordered some children's arch support inner soles which were the perfect fit as I'm a size 3 and struggle getting any that are small enough for me. They fit perfectly and are really good quality.

The item was delivered very quickly.

Item purchased was very good quality. Delivery was quick and they are also very responsive to emails in order to resolve issues. I'll strongly recommend.
