Habe mir die Fit 2 Go Fitnessuhr gekauft. Produkt sieht recht billig aus.
Und leider musste Ich feststellen, das auch das elektronische nicht gut ist. Schritte zählen stimmt überhaupt nicht. Habe eine sitzende Arbeitstätigkeit und auf einmal sagt die Uhr, das ich die 5000 Schritte geschafft habe. Puls und Blutdruck stimmt auch hinten und vorne nicht.
Würde ich nie wieder kaufen und kann davon auch nur abraten.

I purchased an iMac from Go groupie the supplier being Tech Market but am very disappointed in their customer service. The iMac stated that it came with bluetooth and having now spent 3 hours with apple support it seems that bluetooth was not added to this model. I am trying to get a refund but non of my emails are being responded to. Avoid this website.

I sent back a laptop I purchased from this company via eBay ( due to eBay giving me an online label to print off...also because you cannot get through to eBay....I had to post the laptop myself £11.15. cost of laptop £99.99. The postage was next day delivery). I have had no money back or any answer to my querie. Where is my money. I have one word T.....s.

The attention shown after receiving the product was great. They care about their work by responding to the questions asked as soon as possible.

Bought a I pod touch has broken within 6 months can't contact the seller on e Bay to complain or exchange it very frustrating

I bought a refurbished Chromebook laptop from Tech Market on Ebay. There were many faults and I complained to TM immediately and asked for a refund or replacement as you are entitled to do under the Consumer's Protection Act of 2015. There was no response and I emailed again after a week. Still no response. I emailed Ebay. Again no response. I sent a recorded delivery letter to Ebay's UK CEO. Again no response. I contacted my MP since both Ebay and Tech Market were breaking the law. Eventually got a response from Ebay saying because I hadn't complained within a 30 day period there would be no refund or replacement of the faulty laptop. This was a lie because I had sent the 3 emails and RD letter within 18 days of purchase. Eventually I managed to get my cash back by a chargeback issued against TM by my bank. I bought the laptop end November last year; I still haven't heard from TM.

Note the 12 months warranty is not worth the paper it's written on, can only cover labour?
In order to qualify for full parts and labour item must fail 30-60 days!

Poor service no phone number bought a laptop it was so
Old couldn’t get apps on it I needed . Tried for months to get a refund appalling service . Had to go through gogroupie who are just as bad still got it 7 months after purchase . Useles can’t use it out of pocket £119 fir the laptop and £12.99 delivery. There’s nothing on it to say what model it is either . No returns or receipts in delivery package.

The goods arrived before time stated . The laptop looks good and works well so far. So I am very pleased with the whole experience.

Fast Delivery and Easy Setup

Ordered two Chromebooks on eBay for the children to do home learning on. They came a day quicker than expected and they were very easy to set up. Children got on them straight away and began working. They both look in great condition and better than I had expected.

Shame I had to give a rating at all. I have never had to deal with such awful customer service.

Robotic replies and not actually listening or caring about what I actually needed.

Had two ipad minis sent and the state they were in was completely unacceptable. Filthy dirty and scratches all over both of them. Now the company are saying I can only return and pay postage myself and that they will not send another one as they say they will be the same! Nice company, still not resolved. Got this deal through Gogroupie

Purchased a refurbished Dell Chromebook for my 10 old son initially just for occasional use, however it's been great for home learning whilst the schools are closed and will last the equivalent of a school day on a single charge easily.

Excellent service, prompt delivery, very happy customer.

Bought an iMac in October. Took a while to arrive. Was pleased that even though it was refurbished and seems to be the lowest spec offered it was faster than my old laptop. Trouble is it has broken down. I have a white screen and a 3 beep sound when switching on. I’m not happy and don’t know what to do next. The computer is warranted but I know it will be a pain trying to return it and get a replacement and will have to foot the Bill for postage and parts
Anyone have any ideas?

Absolutely useless. They say 24/7 support, but I don't think they know what that means. 24/7 means 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, not whenever you feel like answering. If you try contacting them, be prepared for a very long wait. No return label with laptop, and I'm still waiting for an answer on where to send it back. Items are cheap as they are either years old or poorly refurbished. They've launched a service on f/b messenger, but take forever to answer. And no contact phone number. Just my personal experience with them, but, do not use this site unless you want to be taken for a ride.

After reading some of the reviews was very nervous
Arrived in very quick time, unfortunately it arrived damaged I emailed tech market who where very prompt and helpful they sent me a returns label and refunded me within 5 days.
My experience was really pleasant don't let some of the negative reviews put you off
