Bought very cheap iPad Mini via GoGroopie voucher No. 8202045220. I'm emphasising the voucher number because I get an additional 6 months warranty if I leave a 5 Star rating. Is this bribery? No idea - because I would have left a 5 star review in any case!
The price was fantastic, the condition of the item was excellent (supposedly Grade B but if that's Grade B I'd like to see what Grade A is like - 18 carat gold case perhaps?). For a reconditioned piece of kit it's stunning and, the important bit, functions as expected and the battery holds charge as expected. It's 16GB but that's all I need in a machine like this - I don't store my life on it like some latter-day Dorian Gray (there's lots of them about!). I'm delighted!

Bought a acer chrombook was a bit worried as never bought from go-groupie before but was supplied by Tech Market good condition for price a few minor marks but for the price I can’t complain, received quickly and packaged well plus you get a years warranty, would buy again.

My experience with the customer servicers was excellent the gentleman that dealt with me was called Ben and he contacted me promptly every time I sent an email asking a question.

The problem is that I have returned an item in October and no one will issue me refund now I am getting very impatient because I was asked to contact support directly with regards to my refund but I have not had reply from them as yet. I think it is appalling that you can not call them or get a reply.

I purchased an i-pad mini from gogroupie , and was surprised at the good condition especially knowing it was not brand new ,it was really well packed and also delivered quickly , which with covid that also surprised me how quickly the order was dealt with.
