They avoid responsibility for warranty…

They avoid responsibility for warranty repairs at all cost, wash their hands with the subcontractors, the subcontractors lie that they have contacted you when they haven’t.

They assume by default that the client must have the fault without even attending to do the proper appliance checks and issue official warranty service documents.

The information and reclamation desk manager is impatient, rude and constantly interrupting, the overall level of service is appalling even for local standards. Definitely not recommended!

Poor customer service by a senior employee

I visited the Yambol store looking to purchase a Bosch SPV6EMX03E integrated dishwasher. I had done my research beforehand and came with specific technical questions — in particular, whether the total depth of the unit including the furniture door would be 55 cm, as my kitchen is custom-built and not a standard configuration.

The employee who assisted me (in a gray shirt, indicating a senior role) was dismissive and condescending from the very start. He scoffed at my questions, ignored one of them entirely, and then flatly told me I must not know the dimensions of my own kitchen. When I pressed for a clear answer, he brushed me off and told me to go home, remeasure, and come back.

He also mocked me for asking about Wi-Fi connectivity and questioned my understanding of how annual wash cycles are measured — both of which are perfectly legitimate things to clarify before a purchase of this size.

At no point did he make any effort to actually help me. Instead of looking anything up, consulting a colleague, or simply saying "I'm not sure," he chose to belittle a customer who came in prepared and ready to buy.

I left without purchasing anything. I then walked directly to Technika.bg, where I was helped professionally and without a single unnecessary comment — and bought the exact same dishwasher for 50 EUR less.

The product exists. The price is better elsewhere. And the service here was, frankly, embarrassing for a store of this size.

This the worst shopping experience i…

This the worst shopping experience i ever had! The webstore support is absolute joke! I have bought from their website a 34” Lenovo monitor. On the website says the monitor is in stock! However on the next day I’ve received an email saying the purchase is not in stock. After 5 days of wondering where my purchase is i went through probably more than 10 calls and no one knows where and what to do just to let me know what is going on?! Also i couldn’t reach the websote support through the many phone numbers tha I’ve tried! After speaking with some random manager and explaining to him what is going on, he said he will check for me… he did. After a few minutes I have received a phon call from a lady from the webstore. She promised me a gift voucher of €50 to be sent to me as an apology for the mess they did, that never happened!! Nearly a week later I’m still waiting on that promise to be kept!! I’ve tried to contact them again and of course the lines are always busy or the phones are switched off!!! Absolute embarrassment of a company! But I’ll keep pushing until i get my gift voucher!! Also i had to pick up my purchase from a completely different store at the other end of the city!!!

Brand New TV Broke in 20 Days – No Support, Only Excuses

Kardzhali, Bulgaria. The TV broke shortly after purchase. Customer service says “you are a priority” without even knowing who you are — just empty words. Zero support, zero responsibility. In the store, the seller said “complain to whoever you want.” Faulty products, extra costs, and total disrespect for customers. Avoid this place. I ordered a TV online and it broke after only 20 days of use. When I contacted the store, they refused a refund and only offered repair. For a brand new product, this is unacceptable and increases the risk of the same problem happening again. The support was unhelpful and unclear. I would recommend being very careful before buying from this store.

Продават дефектни стоки и не ги заменят, а ги изпращат на сервиз. Купуваш нещо ново, за да го чакаш месец и да получиш ремонтиран продукт. НИКОГА ПОВЕЧЕ ОТ ТЯХ.

Do Not Use Tehnopolis BG cheap is always expensive

What a terrible experience and totally rude customer service. My dad's xiomi 99% not working and is still within warranty; however after keeping it 3_4weeks in "service" the expert "repairmen" diagnosed it to be working OK and our claim is in void. Only in Bulgaria you are treated like nothing absolutely disgraceful and disgusting customer service experience. The chap from the silistra ofis called and said we can go to police if we want to complain and we will pay nearly 1lv per day for keeping the phone till we collect. Who pays our inconvenience for without a phone for nearly a full month??
Who pays me now for my time writing this review from my own phone since my dad cannot use the bloody xiomi9a that constant is frozen on a white screen?
Tehnopolis you can do better I hope.

Unfortunately I cannot say anything positive. They keep the products on the shelf without price tags. When you want to buy it, it is already sold out, even if it was last night available in the shop system and not available as the online available product. Additionally the selling personal has no idea about promo actions, pretending they are not available. If i were @Beko representative, I would be thinking twice to have such business partner. Strongly not recommending.

Абсолютно ужасно

Абсолютно ужасно. Обслужването на клиенти на тази компания е пълна шега. Никога не съм изпитвал такава некомпетентност и липса на комуникация. Поръчката ми беше сгрешена не веднъж, не два пъти, а три пъти. Въпреки че чаках повече от десет дни, все още не съм получил правилните артикули. Това е най-лошото обслужване, което някога съм получавал.

Хората, работещи в обслужването на клиенти, са напълно некомпетентни и изглежда, че нямат никаква представа какво правят. Минах през поне десет обаждания с тях, и всеки път беше същата история – празни обещания и никакъв резултат. Те явно нямат никаква способност да комуникират ефективно. Когато се опитате да се обадите, сте прехвърлени от един некомпетентен служител на друг, без да получите никаква реална помощ.

Да не говорим за ужасното отношение към клиентите. Те очевидно не се интересуват от удовлетворението на клиентите си и правят всичко възможно да отблъснат хората. Отказват да приемат отговорност за грешките си и вместо това прехвърлят вината върху всеки друг, но не и да я приемат. Дори когато най-накрая успеете да се свържете с някого, отговорите им са неясни, объркващи и безполезни.

Изглежда, че целенасочено се опитват да отблъснат клиентите с ужасно обслужване и тотална липса на професионализъм. Избягвайте тази компания на всяка цена – те не заслужават вашето време, пари или търпение.

E-shop is awful -Ordered washing machine

Ordered washing machine,
1. order was not created but payment was successful.
2. Support was no able to check my order
3. Web support send me email to send them payment documents.
4. 8 day later order was confirmed.
5. Confirmation mail contains phone - not answering
6. 10 days still wait to deliver this washing machine.
For this time this mashine will be delivered to address from Germany.
This is epic fail.

Най-некомпетентния магазин който все още работи в 17-ти век

Най-малоумния магазин. Никаква организация и са толкова некомпетентни, че по-добре да си купиш нещо от пазара или някъде другаде. Направих онлайн поръчка на фурна за вграждане. Следва чакане и съответно закъснение с доставката. При опит да се свържеш с тях затварят телефона след като съм на изчакване 4 пъти за по 5 минути. Звъниш пак и директно затварят! После звъниш на магазина да попиташ аджаба какво се случва с доставката ми… и отговора беше, че не знаят и няма как да проверят, защото нямат система за проследяване на поръчки. Ок страна от 3тия свят сме и не сме виждали компютри явно. Както и да е, следващата стъпка е да пишем на онлайн чат. Оттам ми дават поне някаква информация, че доставката ще се забави, но не знаят къде е, но за сметка на това ще трябва да се въоръжим с търпение 🤣. То вече е смешно. Просто попитах как така Технополис ми взе парите преди 3 седмици и още нямам продукта който съм закупил? Отговор нямаше!
Както и да е, просто да си знаят бъдещите ползватели на онлайн магазина на Технополис, че ако искат нещо е хубаво да отидат да си купят другаде зада не се налага да чакат със седмици и да се въоръжават с търпение!
Явно технополис работи с клиентски пари зада си купува продуктите от Китай. Ако беше така, защо не го напишат някъде? И аз мога да си я поръчам от Алиекспрес, иБей или Амазон и да си чакам месец за доставка.

Do NOT order from them

Do NOT order from them! I bought a super expensive TV from them which came with clear signs of use! The protective screen tape was missing, there were batteries in the remote and also there was a sign of it being on a stand. They of course did not admit that the TV was not brand new. Absolute scammers! There are a few other competitors which you can buy from - do NOT buy from Technopolis!

Customer service not responding

Customer service not responding. More than 5 calls looking for support without success. Only 1 call was answered by employee of the Tehnopolis online shop and got an answer that he has no idea about the products they are selling. If you have technical question or need advice you need to visit a store.

surly difficult delivery person, NO COMPANY RESPONSE

had problem with a surly delivery person which was straightened out with a supervisor. however, when i emailed the company with the details, i received neither acknowledgment nor response. unfortunately typical of large bulgarian companies which don't care about customer satisfaction knowing that price drives their business.

Purchased a faulty hot water boiler

Purchased a hot water boiler, it was found to be faulty on installation. Having taken the boiler back to where it was purchased I was told that the problem was mine and to call the manufacturer direct. I expected the boiler to be changed with another, a refund offered or a at least fixed in store however no such was offered. Their approach to me was something to be desired, very poor customer service skills if any at all. Consumer protectionism totally violated. Have no words for this company although for those thinking of visiting Technopolis in Yambol think again and go elsewhere, steer clear of this company.
