The first key I got for Microsoft…
The first key I got for Microsoft office didn't work. Hence the 3 star rating. The staff was very responsive via email and was able to get me a working key.

Site is easy to navigate. One suggestion is when an order does not complete, tell exactly what went wrong. In my case, the credit card company sensed unusual activity and declined. Had I known, I would not have had to chat with you instead of just calling the card company.
