this website sucks, i needed one more part to finish my pc build (ram) and the website said it was in stock and ready to buy, so i bought it. The next day is was cancelled from being out of stock, just say its out of stock its not that damn hard.

If only I could give 0 stars. We found this scam store after sodimm ddr5 supply went cold. Good pricing…too good to be true. Canceled 3 orders we placed, and then started asking “what my requirements were” for what I was doing. In other words, it would seem they’re luring people in with aggressive fake prices, canceling, and then attempting to upsell you. That’s best case - worst case is what could come next if you’re stupid enough to keep dealing with this BS.

I ordered some RAM and after waiting days for it to be shipped, I got a generic email that the order was cancelled. I highly advise against this website.

After seeing this review, they contacted me saying that it was an inventory issue. They really need to have close to real-time inventory numbers so they don't sell the same item multiple times, when they should know how much inventory they have.

quick, good and great delivery

I had been searching for a very specific Dell XPS 15 laptop for some time. Unfortunately, the manufacturer has discontinued this particular config and it’s had to find through regular channels. Tecisoft had it in stock and at a good price. I confirmed the specs with customer service and placed the order online. The laptop arrived in 4 days and it’s what I expected. Happy to recommend Tecisoft to others

I got what I paid for, unlike the other site I tried to get the item from, and this one sent me tracking information, so I always knew where my package was, which gave me peace of mind

The support team was helpful in placing the order both before and after. I ended up getting the 27” Sceptre monitor. The design and quality are great. Tecisoft offers some excellent deals online so keep an eye out when shopping. I’m considering picking up a second monitor to complete my dual screen setup.

When our existing unit suddenly failed, we found ourselves in a critical situation and needing a replacement as soon as possible to keep things moving. Unfortunately the specific model we required was made to order and the manufacturer lead time was too long to wait. Tecisoft was able to coordinate with the manufacturer and provide us with a loaner to use in the meantime. This temporary solution allowed us to avoid any inconvenience while we wait for the back ordered item.

You didn't have the product I ordered but my credit card was processed and a shipping label was created. The shipping status remained the same for 7 days until I reached out to Customer Service. While the CS Rep promptly responded and eventually found out that the product was "lost", there was no explanation as to what just happened. Don't waste people's time like that...

I agree with the sentiment expressed by several others. TeciSoft does not maintain any type of inventory/stock description on their website, so you can freely order anything even if they don't have it in stock. They turn around and cancel your order the next day. So any time you have spent researching and ordering through them will be a waste of time.

No one answers by email or live chat. Tried for 3 days. Simply need find out if items are in stock or not . Dissatisfied.
Update . Since this they have been responding. It would be nice to have items shown in stock

Found an item I needed 1 week out. Their website promised 2-5 day shipping. Ordered the part. On day 5 I contacted them because my order was still not shipped. After waiting a few hours, they came back to me to say the item was on backorder and they would be canceling my order.

They offered a coupon for future purchases and explained they are a small seller. Had a discussion with them and they understand the frustration. Hopefully they amend their practices going forward.

Excellent customer service. I was skeptical at first because of the specific parsec antenna model that I needed where not available anywhere else but everything went well.
