I requested a return on the watch i just received two days ago and still have not received a response

Defective Manufacturing & Finish on Omega Speedmaster Moonwatch Professional.
Several months after purchase, while changing the strap in the normal manner (with proper tools and no force applied to the case), I discovered significant manufacturing and workmanship defects on the inside surfaces of the lugs and case. Instead of the expected high-quality polished and brushed finish that is standard on Omega’s current-generation Speedmaster Professional cases, these areas exhibit a rough, visible milling machine finish and are of very poor quality. The holes for the watch strap pins are crudely drilled and show other machine scarring and raw milled surfaces. The inside surfaces of the lugs are expected to have the same high standard finish as the rest of the case. Rough, unfinished, and machine marks (e.g., visible milling lines and uneven texture without proper brushing/polishing) are substandard. These defects are clearly a pre-existing manufacturing and workmanship issue that Omega’s quality control should have identified and corrected before the watch left the factory. No damage occurred during strap removal or installation; the finish was simply never properly executed.
I am very disappointed with the complete lack of support and assistance provided by the authorized retailer, Teddy Baldassarre Watches. After I brought the issue to their attention, they refused to assist and instead directed me to contact Omega directly while at the same time alleging that I had caused the damage when changing the strap! This assertion is incorrect and unsupported by the facts. As an authorized Omega retailer, I expected them to stand behind the product they sold and to facilitate a proper resolution on behalf of Omega.
I’d be happy to provide copies of the correspondence with Teddy Baldassare Watches.
Very disappointed to have received such bad customer support from Teddy Baldassarre after spending so much money.
Teddy, it would be appreciated if you respond and not your Customer Success Manager.

Please go back and read all correspondence and revisit the photos and see if you still think that your responses and customer service was appropriate.

I think what this company does in terms of education and advocacy really pushes them far ahead. They really want their customers to make informed decisions, and treat their purchases seriously.

Bought a Seiko 5, my second automatic after an Orient Bambino. Watching Teddy's YouTube channel had rekindled my desire to get into watches. So, when I saw the Seiko 5 I had been thinking about getting, on the store, for a good price, it just made sense. I've loved the watch and have worn it almost every day since getting it, 10/10.

Just purchased the Seiko Prospex Blue Alpinist SPB249 from Teddy B. This was on my wishlist so I decided to pull the trigger after receiving an email reminder from Wil at Teddy B. I guess this makes me a repeat customer. They make the process simple so I will plan to purchase again in the future. The size and dimensions of this watch are good. The Blue dial is better than expected. Since this is a tool watch I plan to split my time between my Sinn 556 I RS on H-Link. I already like the 70 hours of power reserve in the Alpinist so this may get more use. We'll see how it does in the cockpit during night flights.

First of all, Teddy is a class act. His YouTube channel is informative without any snobbery. There’s something for all budgets. The Bambino version 7 is a case in point. It looks more expensive than it is because of the finishing and style. Orient movements are in house, something that matters to collectors. The shopping site is user friendly and they did an outstanding job providing tracking. They ship requiring a signature — not all sites do. The sales site has a mind boggling selection. I’ll be back!
