My initial experience purchasing from Teddy Baldassarre was great. Although I knew what I wanted, the customer service was top notch and delivery was fast. I look forward to purchasing more amazing pieces from Teddy.

I like the variety of options available and the thorough description of products, including specs and photographs. The watch I received is amazing. I do wish I could browse watches, however, without having to close a popup window every 20 seconds.

Well my first order with Teddy's outfit after literally watching him grow up on You tube. I must say I was very pleased with the white glove service from start to end. Like most of us I am on a constant hunt for just the right piece, right price and most importantly TRUSTWORTHY resourcing. We all love a good C24 or Bay find but you never really know what your buying. It started with one question in chat on the TB site, from there I had a personal contact to email for any questions or help. My questions about warranty, delivery service and eta were answered promptly without any stress to purchase. Paid for express and it was out that day, UPS notified me the next. The package arrived very well packed and the piece looked absolutely beautiful. So my advice, find a piece you like and give them a shot. It was really nice for a purchase to go so smoothly.

These were purchases #2 (Seiko) & # 3 (Laco) from Teddy Baldassarre. These latest two transactions mirrored my first purchase (Seiko). Quick and accurate transaction. Excellent communication throughout. Kept me informed from the time placed order until the time showed up in my door. Purchased two brand new watches on two orders a day apart. Both watches were nicely prepped, with all materials like box, stickers, warranty card, manual enclosed. Entire experience was excellent. Great experience all around. Fair prices, excellent service. Can't wait to buy my next watch from them (Longines).
