I purchased Seiko's King Turtle with the olive dial and dark olive rubber strap with some trepidation. Teddy's video review on the newest iteration convinced me I would likely like it. It arrived (3) days after working with Kara, who is always a pleasure to work with), and was shocked at how much more striking it is in person. And, that rubber strap is no slouch. It's more comfortable than any other rubber strap I've worn, and the waves molded into it near the lugs adds to its beauty. I'm thrilled with the piece. I can't recommend Teddy Baldassarre and his staff highly enough. His online store runs like a well-oiled machine and every item I've ordered so far is very well packaged with quality in mind.

My overall experience was excellent and I would definitely recommend doing business with this company. I made a mistake when ordering and Andrew bent over backwards to fix my mistake. The customer service is top notch.

I just received my first watch from Teddy Baldassarre and it was a first class experience. I was able to easily place the order online and the access to a substantial amount of Teddy’s YouTube information assured me that my Hamilton was a wise purchase. Also, Andrew Rovinsky, Customer Success Manager, was extremely helpful correcting a shipping mistake that I make when I ordered the watch, one that would have caused substantial delivery delays. I’ve ordered watches from other companies and can say that purchasing from Teddy was indeed the best experience. I love the watch and will definitely purchase more watches from Teddy in the future.

I’m just getting into watches and I found Teddy Baldassarre on YouTube. His videos were informative and engaging. When it came time to purchase my watch I was excited to learn I could buy directly from his website, which also had the best price! I ended up purchasing two Seiko watches. I ordered a watch from teddybaldassarre.com but had to reroute the UPS delivery to a UPS-store for pick up as the delivery date fell on the second day of my 2 week vacation. Unfortunately UPS returned the watch to teddybaldassarre.com after just one week, before I could go and pick up the watch.

I contacted teddybaldassarre.com requesting a refund and offering to pay for the shipment, because the error was my fault. They promptly approved the full refund and declined my offer to pay the shipping, choosing to cover the shipping themselves. This is a great testament to their commitment to customer satisfaction!! They didn't need to do that.

While I didn't decide to keep the watch, I'm certainly sold on placing my next watch purchase with teddybaldassarre.com ... I can feel very comfortable and assured that my shopping experience will be great!
