My new watch had a manufacturer defect immediately out of the box. Instead of putting me through the headache of a warranty claim on my own, Teddy sent me an insured shipping label, communicated directly with the manufacturer, and shipped me a brand new watch as soon as the original was returned. No questions, and no hassle having to insure the watch myself. Just a seamless refund and replacement.

The boutique is fabulous, I have never seen anything like it. I also have to say the service is impeccable.

I had a great buying experience. I have worn smart watches for over a decade, and wanted to get a “decent” watch for dressier occasions, and to wear if and when I wanted to wear a non smart watch. I settled on a specific Seiko that was sold out everywhere.

I signed up for restock alerts and the watch was on Teddy Baldassarre for 100-150 cheaper than MSRP, even though it was a highly sought after model (it sold out within 24hrs of restock on the site).

I ordered the watch and emailed customer service to inquire about shipping time, as I was about to go out of town as my timing would have it. They made sure to ship the watch within 24hrs, ahead of their stated timeline in the post purchase email, to help me out.
