I LOVE the "Teddy you tube videos". Teddy is BY FAR the most professional and speaks in clear terms that explains the key features and benefits of watches, inclusive of some cons watches may possess.

I am very pleased with my Seiko SSK025 Sports Field GMT in black. It shipped promptly and in just days it was on my wrist. Teddy’s description and review were spot on. The watch was packaged and shipped securely, requiring a signature on delivery. Super experience!

I purchased a new Breitling Avenger using their website late on a Friday evening. The following Tuesday morning, I was wearing my new watch. Shipping was extremely quick and their communication is excellent. I would definitely purchase from them again.

Overall a great experience. I purchased a Citizen watch from Teddy’s team and the experience was very good. They did appear to drop ship from COA in Torrance and couldn’t size the watch prior to shipment. I did talk with a rep and they will get additional links via COA if needed but I had to size the bracelet. I was able to size the bracelet but the pins removed doesn’t appear to grip as prior to removal. I was able to work through getting the pin to grip once reinstalled. I would suggest/ recommend that Teddy’s team work with COA to allow for sizing to be performed just as on the Citizen website.

I expect to purchase additional watches from Teddy’s team in the future since his company has multiple vendors they work with.

Every experience with Teddy is first rate. And everything about his Cleveland boutique is so approachable. I’ll keep coming back unless/until this watch addiction subsides….

Great experience all around. The support team is very solid. My order was processed quickly and shipped immediately. It was on my wrist 2 days after I ordered. This was my first real watch purchase.

I had been actively looking for over a year. I almost pulled the trigger a few times and I actually bought from Jomashop but after waiting 45 days for my watch to ship I cancelled my order.

I was looking for a watch to wear around Europe as I didn’t trust a Rolex to be safe around my wrist. The combination of Teddy’s review reviews and Teddy site led me to a Seiko SPB155 Prospex Land 'Alpinist' 38mm. As an added plus, Teddy had the best price.

I’ll be shopping for a tutor soon and I certainly expect to give Teddy site a look. He has a great selection great pricing and great customer service.
