This company stole my artwork and now sells it on this website. No copyright certificate is required for intellectual property. They have to follow the DMCA guidelines if someone complains. But they ignore it.

Please avoid these types of sites. Everything you see for sale has been ripped off from actual artists on other platforms (Etsy, Amazon, Redbubble, etc). They say to simply email them with a DMCA for takedown and then ignore that and you. A V O I D at all costs!

Beware this company sells stolen artwork from the internet (see below). They go to sites such as Redbubble, Spreadshirt etc. to scrape your designs and resell them on their site for profit. I have been trying for years to have my art work removed from their site. They ignore all DMCA take down requests and do not comply with copyright laws. NO, I have never received a dime from these people to sell my artwork so they are just lying. I cannot fathom why anyone would do business with these IP online Pirates. I challenge them to take down these designs of mine I have repeatedly requested via DMCA to be removed: teeherivarcom/product/tv-game-show-tpir-the-price-is-cliffhanger-drew2-ver2/

Note: I have sent this company as of 11-02-2021 a DMCA notification with proof of ownership of my designs and requested a removal of the copyright infringement links. I shall update this review with information if they have removed the infringing links and images of my work from their site for sell.
Note: It is now 11-05-2021 and the stolen designs are still displayed on Teeherivar's site after being requested legally via DMCA to be removed.
Note: It is now 11-10-2021 and the stolen designs are still displayed on Teeherivar's site after being requested legally via DMCA to be removed. I even requested that your 3rd party service provider remove the illegal listings.

Note: It is now 01-24-2022 and my stolen designs are still displayed on Teeherivar site and its been a few months since I remitted a DMCA for removal. This site does nothing more than just simply steal designs from artists and pocket the money. THEY SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES AND NOT A BUSINESS I WOULD EVER CHOOSE TO DO BUSINESS WITH!

I will continue to report this until my art work you pirated is removed from your site.

Teeherivar are stealing artwork from online artists. Their trading address is a fake address. They ignore copyright law and will steal your money. Avoid, Avoid Avoid!

Yet again, more "wait a few days" and "the gate" has your money and "we refunded it already" responses from this company....however i have yet to receive a refund for a product which I never received...."someone else" always has my money and is holding it! What a useless, irresponsible, lying, thieving group of people at Herivar....attempt a purchase at your own risk folks because your $$$ will be in their pockets....forever....10/9/21 Just received a personal email from Herivar who copied my review: "we refunded it already, the gate is holding it, and wait a few days"...as their response! Pathetic but they have finally used correct grammar and spelling....and still have my money, of course....unbelievable tactics but I suspect that their next ploy will be: "no longer in business" or "you have never ordered from Herivar and some other online business has your money" followed by "wait a few days"...check out review sites for the multiple 5-star glowing reviews of Herivar, all within an hour or two every day in an attempt to raise their online business scores....also pathetic

The website is full of stolen designs from hard working artists trying to make a living themselves.

Exact same art at Etsy, Redbubble, Society6, Teepublic, designbyhumans and Zazzle. Shop there instead and you will get the original artist work unless these also have bogus accounts copying on those sites too.

Dont trust this website fullstop!

Scam site with nothing but stolen images from the internet. They aren't even capable of printing clearly because the don't have the high resolution artwork. Theirs. Scammers. Criminals.

They are stealing people’s designs off of the internet. They stole my design off of Amazon and even put my brand name before the design name.

This Company has been served with a Cease & Desist letter for intellectual property infringement twice via email @support @ teeherivar.com as stipulated on their website under 'copyright-dispute-policy', yet there is no response from their support or legal department if they even have one, yet they continue to sell items that contain other companies intellectual property while ignoring legal enquires.
I have read their response in this regard to other infringements complaints and they keep advising people to contact them via the same email, yet they disregard these legal warnings.
Very immoral and sketchy Company.

I had ordered a medium shirt and what I was sent was actually a small T-shirt with a medium tag on it notified the company and they apologized and sent me the correct size at no charge

they rip off my designs and sell them on their site.
don't go near them.

UPDATE TO RESPONSE: I'm not sending you proof I designed artwork each time you decide to steal one of my designs and sell them, you fecking con artists.

They stole my artwork and sell it, they ignored me everywhere.

Uses a lot of stolen designs and low quality copies. They don't respond to copyright claim and there is no customer service. Be aware that this site is a clear scam, you will get a much worse looking product than they display and there will be no customer service to help you with the issue.

This company is pretty shady, the printed colors are way off , very muddy looking. The sizing is a joke, I ordered a women's t-shirt and got one that would fit a football linebacker. The response from the company was "Too Bad."

This site uses stolen designs from designers at Merch Amazon. They have stolen my designs as well. Disgraceful.

This site uses artwork stolen from other artists. They have stolen several of my designs from Merch and from my Etsy store.
