Wow what service
A fab experience. So nice to get a message saying thank you for your purchase..A very unique thing. I also ordered a garment the wrong size but customer care were very helpful in dealing with it 10 out of 10.

Love this site!
I order my 10 yr old clothes from Teenzshop and we love the motif/ quality. And generous size of their T-shirt’s . If you want something a bit different this is the place to come.

Leggings come up very small
I ordered a size 13-14 leggings for my 12 year old daughter. When they arrived they were so small they would fit an year old! Shame as they looked great online.

I paid for next day delivery and the item turned up 2 days later.
The dress was lovely, quality was nice. However Definately not true to size. I ordered 13/14 years old and it was very very small.

poor quality control and even poorer…
poor quality control and even poorer customer service. The product was in terrible condition with white mould all over the product, poorly packaged in plastic bags. No response when contacted on email, the phone is not attended and has no voicemail service either. Won't be surprised, if they have ever thought of manning the service.
Saying that, it has great website, effective and quick product delivery
