Hadn't been too bad for a while. But the app and the website are currently totally unaccessible.

Support say that the app is working fine
It is NOT. It's just a black screen.
Then they reply " use a VPN"
What????
Why????
How???

A week now with no connection. Now it's said the Spanish police have stopped the website. I told Teeveeing to cancel my monthly subscription, but no reply yet. Funny?

I was faced with "Error 477 Suspended CDN Resource" when I tried to access Teeveeing on Friday. I have written several times to the customer service email but there has been no solution offered. Very disappointing customer service and it looks like there will be no solution.

Had a technical problem with teeveeing and was instructed by their customer services to remove the app from my Firestick, reboot my wifi, then side load it back onto the Firestick. Big mistake. The app will not reload back onto the Firestick. I’ve now emailed them twice asking for a fix without a reply. Needless to say the price of Teeveeing has doubled since they took over TVMucho so I think I’m going to look for another provider

I started with them ( tvmucho ) almost 4 years ago and sadly since teeveeing took the control I've had a lot of problems.
And on top of that this week I cannot watch the tv using my WiFi. I need to turn on my mobile data if I wanna watch it.
I'm considering not to renew with them next month.

I can’t get hold of anyone from TeeVeeing. It doesn’t work on my Amazon fire stick so I can’t watch anything on the television. A message comes up saying suspended CDN resource and it’s been saying that for at least 2 days. It’s working on my iPhone.

I am unable to download the TeeVeeing app on my Firestick or my Amazon Fire Tablet. TVMucho worked perfectly fine on both devices.

Used them for sometime and enjoyed the service BUT this week they have gone off internet.Very annoying as paid yearly subscription

Following one week of a good service this provider suffered an outage and now is back to its previous problems with constant buffering on both live and recorded programming. Customer service can only say that they are aware of the problems and give assurances that they are working to resolve them. After 2 days the story is the same. Unable to provide the service promised. Now no updates at all.

I have now received a personal email from them which is just what we all needed to feel confident about the situation. Fingers crossed it gets resolved.

They are supposedly having problems with connection and its been 48hrs now and nothing - last email I sent this morning and still no reply. Terrible
customer service.

Well it nows seems the police have closed the website down.
Just sent yet another email asking for a personal reply rather than an automated one or just a general public update and the automated reply informed me that support is only available from Monday - Friday 8-5pm!!! Not even working as previously more or less 24hr support!!! Things definitely not looking good. If any member of Teeveeing reads this, could you please just give your clients an honest update

I have just tried the app on the TV and happy to say it worked - Teeveeing is back hopefully for good now. Been a long wait but patience has paid off.

Its absolutely ridiculous that this company cannot respond to.my emails. I have en a loyal customer for over 2 years and expect better treatment.
I've read on here several people who have the same problem with not having any sauce from Terveing. I have not long paid my monthly subscription and feel I need some compensation for not being able to watch anything since Tursday evening

Service has been down for 24 hours, can't get response from them. Can't even get into site to cancel my subscription.

My laptop states it is not available .

Error 477 cdn suspended. This is the latest in a string of problems - profile disappeared, lost time machine function, too many signins when I am the only person watching and now no service at all. The bot can’t help and states you are being transferred to an operator but non are available.I have submitted a complaint via email but again no response which is unusual. Seems I’m not the only one with this problem but would be nice to get some update

Teeveeing has ceased to exist apparently!!!! No TV for the last two days and just getting a black screen. You cannot contact them to report issues as their contact page no longer exists.. This company advertised as a legally being allowed to offer a streaming service for UK TV and have taken subscriptions on this basis, which is fraud! Looks ro me like they've been tracked and shut down... doubt anyone like myself who has just recently renewed an annual subscription will see a penny in reimbursement...

Couldn't get into my account last night. Today it's still down. If you go to their website it now has a notice saying it's been seized by Spanish National Police. Unable to contact the company, support page dead too. Hopefully they aren't going to keep taking my monthly subscription as I can't access my accout to stop it !

I can't get into the web site, problems with proxy, now 24 hours, I have sent a request to support,can someone tell me what is going on. I will change my rating if I get an answer.

Always liked this srvice and used them for a few years but this week service has been irratic and now none at all. Has the service collapsed?

No connection whatsoever using my iPad using their app or direct on the internet using my MacBook. Totally dead connection. I too having the same problems and been given the excuses as recent reviewers. If the company get back on line I shall terminate my subscription and request a refund. The last email I had from them said they had a ‘down problem’ but everything is OK and now up and running. Well not so, that was a lie.

Like everyone else on here, we have lost the service on the Teeveeing app, both on Apple and Android devices. All we get is a message asking us to check the internet connection as they’re unable to connect to the server. We can’t connect to their support service as we can’t get into the app.
