I required recently some help from the Teguar service support for getting technical information on a tablet. They answered with a reactivivty and efficiency I've rarely seen before ! Happy to work with them !

Good computers. Pricey, but they work and do the job. Support could be better. Improve the support teams communication when damaged items are sent in for repair. Also the speed in repairs is terrible. It should not take 2-3 months to repair a broken screen.

The first panel PC recommended to us as an upgrade over the TM-5040 for better performance was not certified as a medical device, unlike the TM-5040. The second recommendation, the TM-7240, lacked certification for the US and Canada, creating additional pressure on our team to secure approval. In addition, over the past four years we have had to work with four different customer support contacts.

Very helpful staff when it came to ordering. Were upfront reguarding price changes due to tarriffs, and absorbed some of that. Pricey but well built and rugged. You get what you pay for.

We have been using Teguar industrial equipment for awhile now and they perform great on the production floor . Their rugged tablets are the best. We also appreciated the customization we could do and still get the equipment in on-time for our project. Their team, shout out to Chris E. is very responsive. Pricing is fair for the industry. Great products, very reliable and extremely well built. We have about 20 waterproof, stainless steel touch panel PCs that are used in a very harsh fish processing environment (always wet and cold) for the last 4 years and have performed flawless. When I have had a problem, Teguar's support has been fantastic.

I like the product; however, procurement could be much better. There seems to be large delays (MONTHS!) for shipping and delivery; and the billing department does not follow our instructions for ACH payments and have had to be told multiple times.
