One thing I really appreciated was being able to see the stream of the build process, it added a lot of confidence and transparency. The delivery was smooth, and everything arrived in great condition. The company’s policies and overall workflow felt structured and reliable.

Setup instructions were clear and not difficult to follow. Most importantly, the PC itself has been running great with no issues so far.

then only suggestion i have is to make it clear how to open the sides of unit to remove styrofoam as it took us forever to figure it out... but otherwise amazing.. ready to plug and play

PC was built specifically to what I wanted. Other sites told me I couldn't get certain items. Spent 30 minutes going over what I needed. Later, small adjustments were made based on my requirements to ensure I had the perfect setup. Slight delay on delivery, but other than that, everything was perfect.

After spending over 3200 on the PC I was disappointed at the case that was offered as well as the rgb controller. The case feels cheap compared to others I've had and the rgb options are lacking.
