CLX Stands by Their Product.
CLX stood behind everything and even though the first PC had a big issue they took it back and i ordered another one, the new one was built and it worked great from the get go. The PC i have now runs like a charm. I would recommend CLX to others to get a good, quality PC from. They have very good Customer service and they know alot about the parts they use so you can make good choises. A prebuilt for most is a good way to go but some want their own like me, I am super happy with what I have.

A top of the line company
Excellent website, the order updates were really helpful. I got an email directly from a real person telling me about a component they had to change due to a supply issue. They upgraded my parts free of charge. The packaging was great and the documents explaining how to set up the machine we're nicely made and clear. The whole experience was so refreshing compared to so many other cookie-cutter companies.

This was a great experience from start to finish. I took the time to really understand and choose each component, and it paid off. The parts I selected are high-quality, well-balanced, and make sense together; nothing was overspent on, and nothing was a weak link. From the CPU and GPU down to the cooling and power supply, everything feels like it was chosen with purpose.

The team packaged everything to perfection and the build looked great. They even upgraded my ssd at no additional cost. After finding out a remote to the fan lights wasn't packed, they immediately sent one out for me so all the lights are synced up as well. Would highly recommend if you want a clean, fully custom build expertly done at an affordable price.

Our records show a full transaction, including system order, payment for the ordered system being received, a confirmation email sent to the buyer, shipment of the system, and successful delivery of same, including signature.
We do not find any contact from the customer regarding any issue, in the going on two months since the purchase was made.

Horrific gaming pc company that intentionally puts the cheapest and worst ram in your pc that does nothing but constantly freeze your pc completely where a hard power off is your only solution or a complete pc crash happens constantly.
Do not buy anything from them and the positive reviews are all paid shills.

The memory in question was TeamGroup brand, which is well regarded in the industry, and is generally considered quite stable and reliable.
Further, it is worth mentioning that we do not purposefully use low quality components; it serves the interests of no one - neither our customers, nor ourselves, as doing so could only result in upset customers and higher overall costs for us - both monetary and reputational.
That being said, there are of course times that components of any brand can develop an issue. Whether the cause of the issue is one that is intrinsic to the current memory, or something due to a software update, a needed driver or BIOS update, environmental etc., we are happy to assist you. We stand firmly behind our products with free lifetime technical support, and a warranty that includes free lifetime labor.

Quick delivery, astrophotography beast
Quick delivery, very well packed to protect from damage. Once unpacked and plugged in this thing is tearing through 100s of GB of astrophotography files I've collected over the last year with fabulous results.
