Great machine, perfect gaming PC

Just bought my first real gaming pc, and the experience of buying from clx was amazing. The customer service and support when it came to changing things on my build was incredible. Shipping and build time was fast. The updates they give while you’re waiting is amazing. Best communication from any place I have ordered before. Pc runs and looks amazing!

Easy to get what I want. Did have a small issue and customer service was most interested in making sure I had a good outcome, which I did.

First PC got from CLX was a 3080 build from around 2022, and the PC was pretty decent at the time but had minor issues with the fans. Fast forward to now when it came to upgrade I decided to try my luck again and get a prebuilt with the OBELISK Mid Tower upgrading to a 5070ti. The comparison to then and now in build quality is unbelievable. Old PC had fan bearing issues that was loud when in use, even without any games playing and temps would be high when in use, but now it is the complete opposite and the overall components used are a lot higher quality. As usual the PC did not come with any bloatware and was plug in and go upon receiving it. The attention to detail ensuring the connectors were firmly in, cable management and the shipping packaging were extremely good. Overall extremely satisfied with continuing to use CLX for my PCs, and highly recommend getting yours from CLX if you want quality builds that will last.

CLX has built me a heck of a machine that can run anything I throw at it basically maxed out. As of right now, I'm very happy with my computer, aside from it being way heavier than I thought it would be, but that just makes it feel more solid. They even threw in a free upgrade based on my options that they said would work better for it. They were also very responsive in emails and answered my questions fast.

I am old. I don't know anything about computers. But I was able to ask Grok what I needed to play a very involved game online and it gave me the parameters. I went to CLxgaming and they had the perfect build for me. ITS BEEN AMAZING! I even gave my PS5 away because this computer changed everything about my online experience. I will NEVER buy a console again. 100% satisfied from the purchasing to the setup to the operations.

What I appreciated the most was the level of service from the start. Not long after submitting my order, I received and email from Josh explaining that they were upgrading several components for free. From there, I requested to make even more changes. The responses were quick and they quickly got the new components picked and installed. Despite it all, I still received my custom build earlier than expected.

My son asked for a gaming computer for Christmas. After endlessly searching our local big box stores, we heard about Clxgaming. My son did his due diligence, and we landed on a computer that met his particular gaming requirements. The ordering process was simple, quick and the computer was at our front door in no time. The smile on my boy face was truly priceless. Totally rate the experience 1000/10 on all levels. Would order again and again if necessary.

This is the second machine I have purchased from you. My first was when you were still Cybertron PC. The way I can make adjustments to the base build means I get the machine I want. The process of being able to track fulfillment is also nice for those of us that simply cannot wait to get what we've purchased. To the utmost care the machine is packaged with for shipping. I will only buy machines from you in the future and recommend you to everyone I know in the market for a professional built machine with a warranty.

The pc was a good quality best ive ever had!

PC arrived with no broken parts and performs insanely fast and efficient. With the small upgrades made to the unit before purchase this PC runs so fast that a Drag Car seems slow. Would buy from them again, they did a great job building it and I received all the extras I paid for with no hassle and nothing missing. Kinda wished I'd known how big it was going to be because the desk I bought before hand to support this absolute unit is inadequate to the sheer size of this monster. 10/10 Easy. Plus with how cheap upgrading things was I am more than satisfied knowing this thing will perform without issues for the next couple years.

Very fast service started building the pc I ordered immediately. Shipped within a day or two and arrived before it was supposed to. Customer service was great they applied a discount I didn’t know about till after the purchase and the pc came with an option for an upgraded gpu from what I originally had paid for.

Received my PC earlier than expected and it works great! Would definitely buy from CLX next time I need a gaming PC.
