Professional Service
It was easy for me to customize my computer the way I want it and make it affordable to what I needed. They have a process of letting the customer know where they are at during the build of your computer. My computer arrived at my place a couple of days ahead of schedule. Zero complaints. When I'm ready for a newer computer... will shop here again!

Customer service and Tech Support = 10/10
The customer service and tech support were fantastic. There was an issue with the power supply in one of my 2 PC's that I ordered, but support was able to both help identify that as the problem and send the replacement quickly. 10/10 would order new parts through CLX if possible.

First, we regret that a concern with the system temperatures has been encountered, and are more than happy to assist in diagnosing and remedying the cause.
Second, during troubleshooting and/or repair, there can be times when something beyond just using the keyboard and mouse must be physically done to a system. In such an event, someone must perform those physical actions - either the system owner or someone else.
If the owner of the system (or someone local they allow to access the system) is unable, unwilling, or uncomfortable with performing those actions even with the aforementioned assistance from our Support Team, then sending the system to our main facility in Wichita, KS so that our trained technicians can do so, is the primary option. This is especially true for anything covered by the warranty. (Default warranty is 1 year parts, lifetime labor, but if purchased directly, extended options are available.)
Arranging with the customer to have the system shipped to us when the need arises isn't intended to upset or inconvenience. It is simply a matter of us not being able to work on the system without it being physically present.

Update: 02/19/2026 - Kevin, we see that our Support Team was able to reach you and, due to the physical nature of the issue, once again offered to -at our expense, of course- bring the system in for repair, and also offered to replace the entire system if you preferred. I love my PC! The website was very helpful in making sure parts were compatible and showing estimated output for gaming. The CLX team was amazing and kept me updated for any unavailable parts and even gave me replacement upgrades at no extra charge for the parts that were no longer available. I recommend a PC with CLX, I've had no issues with mine since I got it at the start of the year(2026).
