Bought a standing lamp from TEKLED. It arrived quickly. We had some issues with it, so they promptly replaced it free of charge. The quality is OK and functional for the price, but don't expect a high-end designer product.

I originally ordered some lights through Amazon which had a faulty remote.
I contacted though Amazon. I was contacted by a representative and the issue was resolved, quickly and efficiently, and a new product was sent out

My experience with TEKLED has always been superb, quality goods and customer service are second to none. One of my recent purchases unfortunately failed which was very surprising as the quality of these lights are simply superior to other brands, my older purchases are still operating perfectly, so the proof of quality is certainly there. I contacted customer services and explained the issue I had, no fuss - no quibble, the new lights were with me within 48 hours of contact, also a prepaid postage label was provided to return the faulty lights. I have no hesitation in recommending TEKLED to anyone, it really is a breath of fresh air to buy from a company who do actually care for their customers which unfortunately is a very rare occurrence these days. TEKLED should be very proud of their achievements in all customer and product areas, please don’t change a thing!

[UPDATE] I am completely revising my previous review thanks to the outstanding intervention of Tekled's founder, Merih.
​After I posted my initial frustrations and emailed him directly, Merih called me almost immediately. He was profoundly apologetic and personally investigated the entire mess. It turns out the delivery company, DPD, had lost my delivery of downlights and failed to admit it.
​Merih’s actions to fix DPD's mistake were exemplary. He immediately:
​Promised to reissue my original order the next business day.
​Refunded my delivery charge entirely.
​Ensured a 24-hour delivery for the replacement.
​I am now receiving regular text and email updates, and my replacement order is arriving today at 5pm, exactly as promised. It is a real shame Tekled was let down by DPD, but I am incredibly pleased with this great outcome. Merih went above and beyond to make things right. Highly recommended!
