Fantastic company to deal with, prices are extremely competitive the lights are great unfortunately when we opened one set a glass cover was broken they replaced it within two days free of charge - that’s what I call good Customer service thank you

Nice lamp..no instructions
I was disappointed with the delivery. I was given a 2hr window and was able to track the vehicle. He came close several times but after my delivery slot finished, the tracking stopped and it became standard day delivery . I had to go out and requested the item to be keft on my back porch. I came hone to find it on my front doorstep. There were no assembly instructions, and the woiden part does not screw in level to the metal rod.

Poorly discribed on ad, but gives Good Light
Delivery was good and delivered without and problem
Light is just what I wanted, although the listing was VERY light on details - no dimensions of the lamp at all or the light wattage (or however light's are light's are qualified today - I almost set to returning it as it looked Far too small). Glad I went on hope rather than logic in ordering it as it is in fact very good replacement

I had a faulty product
I had a faulty product. Rang the company and discussed it with the advisor who was very pleasant and helpful and said he would send me a replacement which arrived 2 days later .Very pleased!
