Repeat Customer
I've purchased twice from Temafes and will continue to work with the. First was a standard quality LV bag - took about 2 weeks to get this (shipped from NY). Quality and design was really good. They texted to check in on my order and make sure I was happy. Second order was a backpack - had issues this but they were quick to help and figure out how to fix it. Unfortunately they didn't have another one in stock so they helped change my order to a true to original leather backpack. Quality and details are great. There is def an elevated standard of care - I know that If i need something or have issues all I need to do is text my dedicated advisor and he will get right back to me.
