I had been charged recently for a service I do not remember signing up for, so I used the customer support feature on Template.net. I was connected with Vera, who began to help me refund and cancel the subscription. Vera was very polite and easy to work with, briefly explaining to me what was needed to be done on my part.
Overall, I had a great yet short experience with customer support, and this was my first time contacting Template.net's support system.

I needed assistance to cancel/modify my subscription and agent Vi was very helpful through the chat experience.

There were 2 minor issues when we signed up for the business plan. Vera handled our issues and had them 100% resolved quickly and efficiently.

Easily accessible. Agents are fast to respond. Rain assisted me with everything and anything i struggled with without any hustle. I recommend the app. Thank you Rain for all your help.

I somehow got subscribed to the service, and billed for an annual subscription. It isn't a service I use, so not sure what happened, kids or misclick. I emailed in hoping for some help. Rain emailed back within hours refunding the whole amount and cancelling the account with no hassle at all. I almost wish I did use this stuff, but, if I ever need it, I know I'll definitely come back here

Great Customer Support from Rain!

I recently subscribed to the Pro plan, thinking there was a monthly option, but I was surprised to be charged $29 upfront. When I realized my mistake, I reached out to their chat support to request a refund.

There was a bit of back and forth because their system mistakenly flagged my downloads as Pro templates, even though I had only downloaded free ones. However, Rain was very understanding. Instead of denying my refund outright, they worked with me and only deducted $3 for what was considered a Pro download, refunding me $26.

I truly appreciate their fairness and willingness to help—not every company is this accommodating! Kudos to Rain for great customer service. If you're considering their Pro plan, just be aware that it’s a one-time charge, not a monthly subscription.

An absolute scam. They are not clear about what you are paying for, their chat and customer service feature is unresponsive, and their billing section of the account where you are supposed to be able to manage your subscription, is blank. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY.

Don't subscribe to their service. I paid for the year plan and cancel within one day since interface hard to use, but I was unsuccessful.
The reason is to count the download times. However, it will auto-download when you click the picture;

I shared this case with their customer service and receive the feedback that there is no refund based on their policy.

I received excellent customer service support and they clarified and fixed the issues I was having with my template.

The software is great for what i needed. Vera who assisted me was amazing and able to help with all my queries

They changed the subscription plan without my knowledge.
When you asked for a refund for the unauthorized payment, the customer service will only say sorry and NO.

I'm impressed with the company's customer support and the refund policy even I forgot to cancel the subscription. Rain took care of it very professionally. I highly recommend them!
