Absolutely the worst experience imaginable. We signed up for a demo with CTM, and right from the start it felt like a complete bait‑and‑switch. They forced us to buy $50 of credit just to access phone numbers, and to make things worse, their platform doesn’t even let you remove your saved card details.
The entire trial period was a disaster. We ran into constant technical issues trying to integrate with Google Ads and our website, and their so‑called “support team” was completely useless,none of the problems were ever resolved. The trial provided zero value.
Then, without any consultation, without even checking whether we were satisfied or wanted to continue, they hit us with a subscription charge. When we reached out, the salesperson flat-out refused to refund the subscription or any of the other charges.
At this point, the whole thing feels like a shady money‑grab operation disguised as a legitimate service. Utterly unacceptable and incredibly frustrating. I would strongly warn anyone against dealing with this company.

Andrew did a phenomenal job preparing hyper-personalized questions and guiding the conversation in such a friendly and engaging way that it felt like we’d known each other for ages. I truly believe making guests feel comfortable is a superpower because that’s exactly how you help them switch into sharing mode and genuinely enjoy the conversation.
The team is always professional and knowledgeable, and was able to walk me through porting my number when I had zero experience.

I absolutely love CTM. We are able to do any sort of sophisticated offline conversion tracking we can think of. We also are able to build out custom fields and use it as a pseudo CRM for clients not using one, or direct integrations with all the major CRMs. 10/10

I've been a customer of Call Tracking Metrics for nearly a year. Initially the experience was great. Onboarding incredibly helpful.
Recently we had an issue with attribution on a new form. I've been communicating with support for 2 weeks and am no closer to having the issue resolved. I respond timely to each request for more information from support. They reply only once a day. Also, they do not allow support to have video calls, which would likely resolve this issue very quickly. This was finally resolved on May 7th, which took 3 weeks.
