Tempo understand startups and have been a great partner. It's particularly important to us that they are able to help with both ISO and SOC2. All the auditors we have worked with have been great and able to conduct thorough audits remotely using Drata.

Working with Tempo on our ISO 27001 audit was a great experience. The communication and planning were excellent throughout. The audit was conducted remotely and mostly asynchronously, which was a big plus for us — we never had to pause our business processes. Audits are always stressful, but the Tempo team made sure ours went very smoothly. We'd happily recommend them to anyone preparing for ISO 27001 certification.

The whole process was well organised, clearly communicated and ran smoothly across both stages. Our auditor was outstanding: supportive and friendly throughout, approachable and patient with our questions, and always constructive. They held a high standard while keeping everything collaborative, and their feedback was clear, well‑reasoned and easy to act on, so we came away with a genuinely stronger security posture rather than just a certificate. When Rob first mentioned that Tempo are more collaborative and don't take the same approach as traditional auditors, frankly we were dubious to some extent. We've been audited in the past in the full military / headmaster's-office style, so we walked in braced for the same — clipboard, raised eyebrow and all.

I have to say, from start to finish it was seamless. I'm sure everyone at Tempo sings from the same hymn sheet, but I can't emphasise enough how much we appreciated Monique's approach — she made a molehill out of a mountain.

We'd have no hesitation in recommending Tempo to anyone; Rob and the team have turned something we used to dread into something genuinely painless—so much so that we’re already considering implementing ISO 42001 to expand on our new ISO 27001 certification, and since Tempo offer audits for it, we'll likely be kicking that off sooner rather than later. We're even (almost) looking forward to the surveillance audit next year - already in the diary.
