Used their demo service
Used their demo service, which was great! Had 3 racquets posted, which used for a week, and an easy return shipping label. Thank you.

Cra*py, ill-fitting plastic clothes at premium prices.
I bought a dress, skirt and shorts here:
All of them cut in or hung strangely, and made with such quantity of plastic that you could feel it in the fabric.
The skirt had a truly bizarre design, and my overall impression is that this is the outlet for all the brand name design failures that they couldn't sell in stores where people could see / feel their inadequacy.
They stung me on hidden returns costs as well.
Date of experience 14/06/2024.
I live in Iluka, so it takes me about half an hour to get to the Osborne Park Tennis Only store. I’ve been there four times since the new store opened, but each time, I’ve been disappointed by the limited stock. They never seem to have what I’m looking for.
I visited again today to use a gift certificate I received for my birthday, which can only be redeemed in-store. Unfortunately, once again, they didn’t have the items I needed: no Gamma lead tape, no Head stencil, no Volkl Cyclone string set, and no tennis shirt that I want in my size.
The staff are friendly but quite young and don’t seem to have much knowledge about tennis gear. When I asked about the products I wanted, I was told they don’t sell them, even though they’re listed on the website.
In the end, I used the gift certificate because it was about to expire and I didn’t want to make another trip. I ended up buying strings I didn’t really want, just to use it up.
TLDR:
1. Poor Service
2. Damaged Racquet
3. Overcharged
I purchased a racquet from Tennis Only online and received it unstrung as requested.
I brought it into their store to get it strung, as I wanted the same strings as I had on my older racquet for the same feel. I was charged $50 for the stringing, and went to pick it up a few days later. I had to call as they didn't notify me that they actually completed it, and once I did they said "yeah we strung it yesterday and it's ready" - ok, a heads up would have been nice.
Upon arriving to the store, the person serving didn't say anything to me without being prompted, and asked me if "anyone had spoken to me about the racquet?". Turns out they damaged my brand new racquet while restringing it. The guy didn't offer an apology or anything, and said he would get the manager.
The manager came and asked how he could fix this for me, and I firstly asked for an apology for damaging my racquet - insane that I had to ask for an apology instead of them giving me one upfront. He said "obviously we are sorry for what happened" - or something along those lines.
He offered me for 2 free restrings in the future, however I don't play enough for this to even matter. I said no, I want a refund for the string you put on. He stated he could give me a $20 voucher, and I said no, I paid $50. He stated that if I purchased the racquet from them, they should have only charged me $20. I gave him an order number which showed that I purchased it only a few days prior from them. No apology for overcharging me either.
I reiterated that based off the terrible experience had, I didn't want to spend another cent in his store. He said that "head office will reach out to you tomorrow" - which was fine, so I waited. Received an automated email stating they refunded me, no other contact, no apology, nothing.
It is quite clear this mob don't care about customer service at all, or showing care for people's goods. I would highly recommend staying away from this store, and appears to be consistent with other reviews regarding service. Absolutely disgraceful, and the staff there, especially the manager, needs to educate himself on customer service.
Bad online shopping experience. I bought 2 items and only 1 was delivered. I asked for a refund due to an estimated waiting time of 5 months for one of the items I bought. Not recommended.
