It's very good and useful

Super good my videos are so clear. Thx so much tensorpix 🥹❤️‍🩹🙏

I bought credits and it did not work

It's a great software to enhance the video with effective

Image and video enchanting is very good. Also, gives daily coins gifts. I tried lots of AI enchanters you can be sure TensorPix is the best Video and Image enchanter i have ever seen.

The level of this software is outstanding, have tried other programs, but not that easy to use and in this high end class.

A really great online resource for enhancing video. I use it for upscaling, cleaning and sharpening lines. Very good value for money.
Easy to buy (any amount) of extra credits as you go.

I've tested several AI video enhancers, and in terms of quality, this one was by far the best. Furthermore, its cost-benefit ratio is the best for the number of features and the level of quality and the fact that it's easy and accessible makes it the best. Furthermore, with each update they always improve.

NOt great, faces are full of artifacts and hairline is not respected, people look weird, will not try a second time

Great customer support and honest/trustworthy. I didn’t understand what I paid for and was given a full refund.

I am currently editing a draft project for submission to a studio using Final Cut Pro, and needed to upscale a couple of minutes of old archive footage for an opening montage. To do this, I paid $66.00 for Tensorpix’s Standard Package — a significant amount of money for me as a disabled pensioner on a low income.

After processing the footage and upscaling it to 4K, the improvement was minimal. More frustratingly, when I attempted to download the “enhanced” clips, I discovered that Apple ProRes output is completely locked unless I upgrade to Tensorpix’s Enterprise Package at a staggering additional cost of $3,708.

This pricing structure appears to assume that users are primarily creating content for platforms such as YouTube and therefore do not require a high-quality, edit-ready codec. That assumption makes the service largely unsuitable for anyone working on a serious professional edit in software like Final Cut Pro.

While I understand that upscaling to 4K — even with an MP4 export — increases resolution and can unlock higher bitrates, this is of little practical value in a professional editing workflow. An MP4 output at this stage is essentially a dead end. For a similar cost, I could have purchased a Final Cut Pro plug-in such as FidelityFuze, gained unlimited lifetime use, and achieved better results without artificial restrictions.

I am sure Tensorpix will argue that this limitation is mentioned somewhere in its terms and conditions. However, a restriction of this magnitude should not be buried in fine print. It should be stated clearly and prominently before payment, not revealed only after users have already spent their money.

I paid for credits, but they made me still get the monthly subscription to upgrade a video.
Video was trash too.
Scammers

Using for upscale. For frame rate increase works great up to 60 fps
