They keep taking a MONTHLy charge and I had cancelled last month.But they took19.99 from my baby account again this month? WTF?

Don't waste your time. If it seems to good to be true, it probably is!

Within 10 mins of signing up, I have cancelled and asked for a refund.

- Not great for the UK, grammar and word use is highly American legalese format.

- Formatting errors in the downloads such as:
"Company: when this policy mentions “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our,” "

... ultimately, what you get out is complete nonsense.

Move on, find something else.

Okay, I see there are some pessimistic reviews here... But don't get upset and disappointed right away! The company services seem to be on the rise and are now at a high level -- just the way we want it.

I was looking for a reliable service that would allow me to manage my documents easily. So I decided to subscribe to Termify Premium. There was an issue with the purchase and I've emailed them with my problem.

Please note, that 1) the support team answered during one business day, which is quite fast. 2) And in a few hours my issue has been successfully figured out. 3) Additionally, they offered a nice bonus which is very helpful to me.

So my score for Termify is 5 stars! Polite communication, quick help, and reliable service. Thanks and keep up the good work!

Very poor customer services and you will never get your refund while termify.io pricing page says they support 7-day money back guarantee and their refund policy provide 100% refund guarantee.

All these things are NOT true. You will never get your refund and no payment notify, no invoices, nothing but charge your credit card secretly.

Stay away from Termify.io

Very bad product, rip off as it offers a free service that does not work at all. As soon as you spend the time filling it in they demand payment.

False and misleading advertising on their website!

The final document is full of grammatical and legal mistakes, not lawful in my country.

Their customer service is really bad. I was offered a 7-day trial for a small price via email. I claimed the offer and paid the fee but got nothing. My account is still on the free tier. I used the same email and all so this is fully from their end.

The content of the terms and conditions is full of grammatical errors and I can only assume legal errors.

Really recommend anyone needing to create a Privacy Policy for their website to go to termify.io !!!

canceled my subscription two days before my subscription two days before my automatic subscription began. But the Cancel button didn't work. So, reached out to them. They were AWESOME. They did not offer me anything to say this.

Anyways, it didn't take long to receive a response. Not only did they respond expediently, they gave me a free subscription.

I needed a Terms and Conditions and refund policy.

I was able to take care of my needs all right here on one platform. It was hard work MADE easy.

I only canceled because I am a small company and don't need any extra bills right now.
