TermsFeed Reviews

smooth and sensible terms

Very fast and efficient processing of the order. Customer service was willing to assist the matters diligently. Would use their services for other projects as well.

I've had a consistently positive experience with TermsFeed.com. In my previous interactions, obtaining the required policies for my projects was a breeze. However, during my recent purchase, I encountered issues with the payment method.
The support team at TermsFeed was incredibly helpful. They promptly investigated the payment issue and went above and beyond in their generosity by providing me with a direct link to the needed policy without any charge.
Their commitment to customer satisfaction and willingness to assist in resolving issues left a lasting impression on me. I highly recommend TermsFeed.com for their excellent service and customer support.
Thank you, TermsFeed team!

Got what I needed done in 10 mins or less. Great service.

Provided exactly what I needed a privacy policy that I could link to my website and play store games. Price wasn't too bad, and it was a great bonus that you also provide hosting for the policy. Thanks!

Your service is really helpful. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the Return Policy is mainly for physical products and ignores paragraphs on digital products like online courses.

Super fast service, very practical and efficient

Easy and thorough job. I had one slight issue and my email was responded to almost immediately and resolved.

Their customer support is amazing, I was having troubles with the payment and decided to write them and they answered and help me almost immediately.

Very recommended, I did both the Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions and everything was perfect.

It was a straightforward process to generate a Terms of Service agreement.

It was quick and easy, with no hidden charges. I would definitely use them again.
Thank you!

Same like many others. Charging way too much for fully automated, zero effort stuff. Advertising services like this with "100% free" should actually be fined, it's totally misleading.

Revision (02.02.2024)
After I received a personal email from customer service who regretted my bad experience, I would like to add some points to this review again. Technically speaking, TermsFeed offers a lot (if not all) of the necessary legal texts and documents, making it an exceptional service. On the other hand, there is (for me) a fairly high price structure, which is disproportionate to the benefit, especially for smaller and short-term projects such as landings and portfolio pages. But that is an individual (and project-related) decision. So I the end I'm pretty sure that I'll take another look when having other projects.

Great customer service. I asked for the rep. to make sure that my agreements were up to day and he handled in a timely manner.

User-friendly and High Quality Output | I really appreciated how easy the service was to use, and the terms document fit my needs perfectly.

Updated Review* The product wasn't for me but the team is very responsive, seeking feedback and genuinely seem determined to better the product at every step. Hopefully they can continue building, and compile a robust end product that meets even a wider scope of specifics.

Great communication and fast response.

Easy to use, just what I needed.

Termsfeed provides the best policies available online and customer service to boot! Highly recommended! Thanks for your help, Max!

I originally purchased the Terms Generator. Upon generation, I discovered that our own version prior to using TermsFeed was adequate. I requested a refund and it was immediate (refunded and cancelled within seconds).
I then purchased the Privacy Policy generator. It was perfect.
Amazing customer experience
