TermsFeed Reviews

Sorry, I am new here; I do not yet have much experience with TermsFeed. I would be able to provide a more objective review at a later stage, after prolonged use of the system.

They make it easier to comply with regulations and best business practices! Thank you TermsFeed!

I liked that it did the work for me, but it added refund information to my terms and conditions page that was incorrect that it never asked me to clarify in the questionnaire. $65 seems like a high price for something I have to edit. I could have copy and pasted a similar business terms, then edited that for free.

The privacy policy was cheap and worth it. 5 stars.

I would not recommend the terms and conditions. 2 stars.

I bought several products for my website, from TermsFeed over a year ago.

If you're like me and feel uneasy about purchasing from a site without a phone number or chat function, fearing the after-sale support might not be up to professional standards, let me assure you that the team at TermsFeed provides exceptional support! If I could give the support team 10 out of 10 stars, I definitely would. Max came to my rescue on more than one occasion and is a valuable asset to TermsFeed!

I highly recommend TermsFeed due to their fantastic support. As a client, I've never felt that any question was too small or insignificant!

The process of purchasing Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policies, etc., is amazingly simple and user-friendly. I'll say it again—I highly recommend TermsFeed with their very reasonable pricing for what the amount of value you get, along with a 10 out of 10 client support!

Thank you to everyone at TermsFeed.

Very easy to use and transparent pricing.

Great technical support who supports you with step-by-step examples and suggests solutions that go beyond their scope of duties

I reached out to them with a few questions and the Terms Feed team got back to me the same day with very helpful answers. So far my experience with the site, and people behind it, has been great!

The easy to follow form made it easy to produce complex legal documentation for my website.

My question regarding past purchases from 4 months earlier was responded to quickly & resolved immediately. Great customer service.

Super responsive. Customer-centric focus.

TermsFeed was easy to understand and covered everything I needed to create my privacy policy and cookies policy. Very happy and would use again!

Was easy and simple, did all the work for me😁

Quick, easy and reasonably priced way to get policies done.

This is a great service at a reasonable price. You covered many elements that I would never have thought of. Thank you.

My company, 7 Day Kitchens in Charlotte, needed a new updated privacy policy for our kitchen remodeling business. All of these new regulations are hard to understand but TermsFeed helped us with what we needed in order to stay in compliance. The process was super simple and easy - even for cabinet installer like me. They stand behind what they say and we plan to come back again once our terms need to be amended.

Very thorough and easy to use. Just what I needed for my site.

Wonderful customer service!! I needed a simple change of my email address on my account and Max was so quick to resolve my request. I also thought it was amazing to have a follow up email making sure everything I needed was taken care of. Very proficient and professional. Thank you!
