TerraVista has Nick Matte, a man of extremely high integrity. From the initial letter with a photo and details of the process to continuing with follow-up texts and emails, Nick's actions made all the difference! I had experienced fraud, scams, and bogus/fake businesses with offers that never went past square-1. It was a much-needed breath of fresh air from TerraVista!

My experience with Terra Vista was smooth and went a lot better than I expected a deal of this magnitude would be! this company will not quit harrasing my family to sell land thats been in our family for 100years.We have repeatedly requested them to stop with calls and text,with no releif from their harrasment. Now we are also recieving mail. PLEASE STOP THIS HARRASMENT

Hi — we’re really sorry to hear you’re feeling frustrated. Our company sends letters to property owners based on publicly available property records, and the intent is simply to see if someone might already be considering selling their land. We absolutely never want anyone to feel harassed.
If you can email us at support@terravistalandestates.co with the property address or your contact information, we will immediately add it to our **do-not-contact list** so you will not receive any future mail. We do not send texts or calls though, so I am thinking that might be another company you are getting those from.
We truly respect that many properties have been in families for generations, and we appreciate you letting us know. Thank you for bringing it to our attention.
Nick Matti and his team were wonderful to work with. They used a local attorney to close, communications were open and prompt. We closed earlier than expected. I would be happy to work with Nick and his team again.
