DO NOT buy the Diecast car models. I purchased two Model Y diecast (wannabe) models. Uneven doors, bland paint. Can't believe I fell for the pictures on the site. Waited 3 weeks just to be duped.
Just spend the money to get the real thing from the Tesla shop. I will never recommend this company/site to anyone.

They are simply scammers. They never shipped my order.

I bought wiper blades and AC filters.
Wiper Blades:
Honestly, the quality is not great. he connections are not really the same and looks quite weak, and I’m unsure if the rubber will last long.
AC Filters:
The quality seems okay, although I haven’t installed them yet. A positive aspect is that they included a tool to assist with installation.
However, the shipping was delayed, and the communication was very poor. They initially sent me a tracking link that didn’t work. After I followed up, they sent a screenshot of the tracking status, which turned out to be completely inaccurate and inaccessible. The package finally arrived 10 days after the expected delivery date.

I ordered a full set of floor mats for my Tesla Model X (Order #18977).
The two front mats fit perfectly and look great — however, the middle and rear mats do not fit properly. After several days indoors and in the car, it became clear this was a sizing or manufacturing issue, not deformation from shipping.

I reached out to customer support with detailed photos and explanations. Initially, they replied quickly, but once I explained the problem in detail and asked for a fair compensation (given that even second-hand mats here cost around $100), communication stopped entirely.

It’s disappointing to see a company that seemed professional at first simply stop responding. I was polite and patient, but weeks later there is still no resolution or refund.

I hope they take responsibility and handle cases like this more transparently — the quality potential is there, but customer service follow-through is seriously lacking.

My experience with TesMag was deeply frustrating. I ordered replacement side mirror covers for my Tesla Model 3, which arrived with broken tabs due to poor quality control. To their credit, TesMag did refund the side mirror covers, but the process was far from smooth. The aero cap hub and lug covers I also ordered needed reshipping, and despite their promise to reship, they backtracked and failed to deliver.
Their customer service is severely lacking—emails are inconsistent, with no clear resolution, and there’s no phone number or management contact for escalations. The shipping, handled by ShipX Worldwide, is a nightmare. Products are drop-shipped from China via no-name couriers, and my delivery “confirmation” was just a photo of the box on some driver’s lap in their car—hardly professional.
TesMag’s poor product quality, broken promises, and terrible shipping practices overshadow the partial refund. Fair is fair—this company needs serious improvements. I strongly advise against purchasing from them.

I ordered a "Wireless Phone Charger for Tesla Model 3" a month ago. The item is not shipped after a month and I got no information and support is not answering to my e-Mails. I sent 3 e-Mails in the last weeks. At first it looked like a scam.
--> Update: After 3 e-Mails and this review, they answered. They promise to send in 3 days.
--> Update: item arrived after 1.5 months. Item is good and as promised.

So, remaining bad experience is the missing communication in the first 3 weeks and after 3 e-mails sent and the long delivery period. They did not communicate that it is delayed because of stock shortage.

Would defently recommend this company. High quality products!

Absoluter Schrott aus China zu überteuerten Preisen. Rückversand muss selbst bezahlt werden und geht nach China.
Somit nicht möglich zurückzusenden.

Purchased a car windscreen shade for my exact model, product doesn’t cover the windscreen, not even close. I pointed out the shade did not cover the window, sharing pictures as requested with gaps of 5cm to 10cm and requested Tesmag cover the freight cost too. Told in writing that an error of 1cm to 5cm was fine, twice. Tesmag site clearly shows full coverage in multiple photos, a misrepresentation of a product with known errors. Tesmag site also sells a different type of windscreen shade with much larger dimensions, so they must know both cannot be fit for purpose. Offered a refund if I pay for freight to return, not worth it given value of product. Avoid.
