Purchased a set of caliper covers which arrived timely. After opening the box, discovered that one of the brackets for the rear cover was missing. Sent a email to customer service requesting the missing bracket. After a few days waiting for a response, nothing! I called their customer service number and it goes straight to voicemail, which has a full mailbox, so you can’t leave a message either. It’s been a few weeks with no response from the company after several emails. If you are considering a purchase, beware, if you have an issue, there is no customer service and you are on your own.

I would not recommend this company, I ordered 3 items, one was delivered but they claimed all 3 had. I went back to them and basically ignored the email after the initial response. Items eventually arrived.
I don’t mind the parcels arriving separately, but do not appreciate being told they were delivered when they weren’t.
If you are buying with them make sure you use PayPal as their refund process is faultless as they put a temporary refund in whilst awaiting review.

I have never received my order.

I tried to canceled the order. They messaged me and offered me a 5% discount to not cancel. I declined that offer and said the shipping is too slow. Then 2 mins later the seller marked it shipped and created a shipment label! Horrible customer service! Playing games! Only hurts ur complany, will send it back when it comes. And you get a 1 star review! Also will post on all the Tesla forums about your company!

Bought a set of caliper covers for a 2026 Tesla model 3. Wrong ones sent, the phone numbers that are listed have no one answering. It takes them about 2 days to answer the text. They will never give you a return authorization when asked.
It’s a Chinese company and as such, you get the service and product support that one would expect when ordering something from China.
I’ve dealt with Abstract Ocean before and they are so much better.
Stay away from EV Base!

Bad experience with their product. Purchased wheel cover for model y arrived after 3 weeks from China by ship. Impossible to assemble because it appears to have a shape that is not congruent with the rim. Poor quality plastic, practically to be thrown away without ever having been able to assemble it. Do not buy anything from this site.

På produkt siden viser de en fjernbetjening hvor lyset kan styres i alle rgb farver. Derudover en installations video hvor de også viser fjernbetjeningen frem.

Men når man får produktet siger de at den multi color led rgb hvor rf remote er vist på siden kun er single farvet og jeg åbenbart har valgt rød.

Disappointed in my Tesla Model Y ambient lighting from @evbase. I've reached out multiple times with no resolution regarding the quality and fit. I expected much better for this price point—buyer beware.

EVBase sold me the WRONG product after their own team confirmed it was compatible. They admitted the mistake and then offered a SMALL partial refund that still leaves me out over $50 dollars. When I asked for a FULL refund or a return address they stopped responding.

This is NOT how you treat a customer when YOU made the error. It is far better to buy these same products on Amazon where you are protected. If I could go back that is exactly what I would do.

Total scam! Second time they have taken over a month to deliver something to me. This time they are refusing to refund hundreds of dollars. When I look at tracking the “shipment” is just taking laps around China.

Pls stay away from this company, took more than 2 weeks to receive an item, sent out wrong tesla spoiler and damaged. Call customer service no one pick up the phone, email to get the return label but never received it. Scam scamm

This company is a scam. I placed an order on June 2025 and half way through July and I still have not received it. I contacted support and they said they shipped a new product to me today which was a lie because when i checked the tracking number they provided me on was an old tracking number for a product they shipped 15 days before the email they sent me with the "New tracking number"! These people are a scam do not BUY!!!!

I have a 2025 M3 LR RWD. I did my due diligence and to choose the right year and model. Upon receiving the kit, the front covers were a great fitment. However, the rear were not. When contacting EVBASE, they had me verify the size and shape of the rear caliper. Unknowing... my vehicle (2025 model) were still utilizing the last generation M3 design. There solution, was to pay an extra 40 dollars for the rear covers. I'm baffled for 2 reasons. I would gladly return the rear covers for an exchange for the proper fitting ones... but that wasn't an option. 2, I did my part to purchase the right year. This isn't the customer's fault but they some managed to have me fork out the bill? As I dug deeper into this. I'm noticing from other 2024 Highland owners are experiencing the same issue. M3 LR RWD still have the last generation design. Maybe....EVBASE needs to do there part and get a proper set setup for RWD models? Needless to say, I did not pay the 40 bucks for the rear. I found one on Amazon, complete kit same build and quality for half the price of these guys. Keep that in mind.

DONT EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE! They sent me a spoiler for my car, it took over a month to get it and it arrived damaged and doesn’t even fit my car. I tried reaching out to customer service and they refuse to help me or uphold their return policy. The owners live in China and could not care less about helping you with any issues you might have. Now I have to get the transaction disputed through my bank! Don’t trust this website!

I placed an order with EV bass on May The second for a set of hubcaps for my vehicle, was assured they would have a tracking number for me within two days! That's right. I'm still waiting for my tracking number. And it is 5/26/2025. I went to FedEx. They said they had not received the package, so there is no news on when I would receive this order from ev.Base that I paid for, after numerous phone calls to customer service phone number I could not get anyone to get back with me. I finally started emailing, and got a response, and was made aware that I had actually placed the order in China, Not in california, and it was on a boat and would get here maybe by the end of the month at which time fedex would then be able to tell me when they would get the package to my front door? I have made a request to cancel the order.And they have refused! I asked for a return of my monies to my account. They have refused. They are very deceptive and did not want to share with me that the order was being placed in China, not in California. Therefore, it would take 30 days to get it to me, not 5 or 10 days. This is unacceptable, this is very dishonest. All they had to do was tell me it was being placed in China and it would be 30 days before I would receive The hubcaps to my front door. They unfortunately chose to try to deceive me and refuse any attempts with this being thirty days out to cancel my order and refund me my money, i ask that other people give their service contact numbers a call and see what they tell you or don't tell you, their main phone number goes directly to message box that is full and then the phone hangs up on you!!!
I suggest you'd be very careful in placing an order with this company for if you do get your package on time. How will they handle a return? If the part is broken or it is not the same part as described on their ad, good luck.
