I Cannot thank Jim and the guy's at Tessories enough.

Ordered the Matt Rear Spolier - Brake Caliper Covers x 4 - Rear Mud Flaps and a Touch up Pencil for a 2023 Model Y. Everything arrived safe and sound within 3 days of placing the order. Fitment was simple for all the items and they also had a QR code label within the box that took you to a video showing and giving you full instructions.

Price's for all the items was the next big factor in choosing Tessories, way cheaper than many other sellers on the internet / China / USA.

All in All, my experience with Tessories was OUTSTANDING and I cannot recommend them enough. I can honestly say I will be using Tessories again, as and when I need any service items or accessories.

Bought a Tesla model Y mat combination pack, all fitted great apart from the front mats. Was just an error at the packing department where they put model S mats in the box by accident. The company behaved very well, responded straight away to email, agreed to send the right mats out.

Purchased a 2022 Tesla MY LR AWD with the silver and grey metallic looking wheel hubs. I decided to get them changed to the black turbine wheel caps

Great price and they were delivered within a week.

The wheel caps were carefully packed, with the centre Tesla caps and a QR code which sends you to a very simply video DIY guide.

They look amazing and much better than the standard Gemini wheel trims.

Do not buy the 20" Induction Wheel Edge Cover ~ Model Y (2022-2024). They are impossible to fit, cannot attached all of the holders. Cheap plastic which cracks when your are tyring to fit it meaning you probably won't be able to return. Steer clear.

I ordered a wheel hub cap replacement from Tessories which arrived without stickers or the ring protectors. I contacted customer service who replaced them which was the right thing to do. I also bought a badge cap at the same time. One of the pieces was slightly defective and part of the logo came off while driving. I contacted customer service again to ask if the part could be replaced or if I could purchase the missing piece separately. I did not have strong proof of the defect, but the internal sticky block had come away from under the metal cap and I had hoped it would hold. It did not.

Since raising this request I have had no further response from the business. I understand they may not replace the part but to not reply at all is a poor experience in my opinion. I would definitely consider using another company next time. If this had been a one off issue I probably would not even bother writing a review. However the fact that a previous order arrived incomplete does point to a lack of customer care which is a real shame.

Bought the HEPA filter + cabin filter set from them. Totally not a HEPA filter, smells and etc comes in the cabin as there is nothing stopping it. Despite Tesla charge a double, but I will still go back to Tesla.

Ordered a few items from them. All-weather boot and frunk mats, armrest protector, and boot sill protector. They all came on time. I ordered a boot sill protector, which had issues with the 3M tape as it had lost adhesive. Emailed the company and got a call back in 48 hours, and they agreed to send out a new 3M strip so I could install it. Would definitely recommend them and their products.

Ordered different hubcaps for my Model 3. Realised I had ordered the incorrect ones. Cindy at Tessories was super helpful. An absolute legend and helped turnaround my mistake. I returned the incorrect hubcaps the same day and the next business day, they were shipped and delivered to me the next day. Super happy with my purchase. Excellent products as described! I spoke to customer services about duplicating some postage after I made two seperate orders, they didn’t have to refund me, but did anyway and was on a low cost item so really pleased they helped me out. Ordered the Tesla sun shades for a model 3 and one arrived broken and unable to be used.

Cant knock the delivery, ordered on 16 June and arrived on 19 June which is when i reported the issue. Sent them the photos of where it was broken on the weld of some form and got in touch with them and asked for an RMA return on their site, have heard absolutely nothing. You only get 7 days from arrival, they have had 10 now and still nothing.

Be aware if you order, the returns process is none existant and a joke.

Will not order from them again and will be spreading the news on the Tesla forums to avoid this bunch.

I have ordered accessories for a Model Y Juniper and a Model 3 Highland from the website.
Every product description was very accurate and products were of good quality.
Delivery was very fast and products were very well packaged.
I encountered difficulties in fitting an accessory ( performance pedals ) but after forwarding an email to support team I have received guidance and a video for support.
Overall happy and Jim was very helpful and replied very quickly.
