psality.com is test4u1.com, the scheme of their activity is the same. They only added 1 to a good service and stole their name. Do something, report to the police.
SCAM - DO NOT USE
I took a psychological test and paid €0.50 with my card.
At NO point during payment was I clearly notified that I was subscribing to anything else.
24 hours later, at night, they charged another €47.50 from my account.
I checked the payment details and found the website with refund contacts: test4u1.com
They stole a legitimate owner's name and added "1" to it.
The refund contact listed: contact AT test4u1.com
This email DOESN'T WORK - bounces back when you try to send.
I tried their chat. Surprisingly, they responded saying the amount would be refunded within 7 business days.
Then emails started coming from contact.psality AT gmail.com saying my refund was "guaranteed within 7 business days" and that I "voluntarily subscribed to something." I subscribed to NOTHING.
After 7 days passed, this company stopped responding to emails at contact.psality AT gmail.com.
They blocked the chat function.
NO REFUND was made.
These are common scammers, thieves, liars, fraudsters.

The scheme is IDENTICAL - they responded from contact.psalit AT gmail.com, now changed the site to test4u1.com and continue operating.
Filing review. Starting bank dispute. Filing police report.

I understand that this information is very sensitive and I sent all printcreens to the help center. I will not deal with this guys straightly. I can prove each my word which was written in this review.
UPD
After 2-3 months and opened bank dispute my money was refunded with the help of my bank. Do not believe, they will not refund your money, open bank dispute with your payment system.
