Fantastic customer service following delivery issues with a 3rd-party courier. Went out of their way - literally - to deliver my order the next day. Also, good quality products at a good price.

What an amazing company from delivery to customer service . I would recommend this company to anyone. The customer service team stay in touch with you by text and I asked if they could call me back as I had over ordered and they phoned within a minute. Great friendly service and polite service.

Brilliant communication, great product and superb delivery

I ordered 8 panels for my new bathroom. I’ve never installed panels before but they went up a treat so much easier than tiles. Less mess and easy to keep clean. I would defo recommend them to anyone who is thinking of doing up a bathroom I love them and so far I’ve gotten loads of compliments about my bathroom

We needed some shower panels urgently, I'd rang around lots of companies, unfortunately no one could help. I called SV Panels Ltd and to say John went above and beyond is an understatement, he made sure we got our panels delivered the next morning and the price is brilliant 5*****

Great service from start to finish. Communication with the company was 1st class from ordering from the website to door step delivery. Was kept in the loop.

Prices have been are very good too and quality of the panels are better than what else is on the market.

I ordered trims and panels from this company and the whole experience has been appalling from start to finish.

The trims and panels arrived in poor packaging and damaged, which delayed my plumbing job with my customer.

They sent replacements — also damaged.

A third shipment followed — damaged again.

This dragged on for the course of a month, all while 2.4m wetwall panels sat taking up space in my accommodation, with the company doing nothing to collect them or offer a proper solution.

In the end, I had no choice but to order from another supplier to complete my job. SV Panels, meanwhile, simply decided it “cost too much” to collect the panels, effectively dumping their faulty products on me.

I even tried to help them by offering a cheaper solution: pay me to dispose of them at my local recycling centre. Instead of thanking me, they attempted to gaslight me, demanding pictures and video evidence of disposal, or they wouldn’t pay.

They then fabricated a story about a courier coming to collect the trims — something I knew would never happen — and sure enough, it never did. The final insult was an email signed off with the words: “We allow you to dispose of the trims.”

This isn’t just poor service. It’s unprofessional, arrogant, and downright narcissistic behaviour from whoever is running their emails.

⚠️ Plumbers, DIYers, beware: their products are likely to arrive damaged, they will take no responsibility, and they will twist, blame, and gaslight you while dumping the problem back on you.

Web shop really easy to use, order and pay. Regular updates. Delivery was exceptional. The guys very kindly took the panels upstairs for me. Very polite and professional

Fantastic service from SV Panels. Really helpful on the phone with queries, they also made a couple of suggestions that also helped. Delivery was very efficient and delivery man was very cheerful and helpful. Great products and service all round. Would definitely recommend this company.

The communication was good, and any issues were quickly rectified.

Had 18 panels delivered today in melton mowbray can not stress enough how good the delivery driver was. I live on a top floor apartment and we couldn't get them up the stairs as they was too big so we came up with the idea of relying them up two balcony's and got them too the top didn't leave until they was up and was even going to help me move them in but said he's done enough for me

Very pleased with this company, order process is quick and simple, communication is spot on, overall just a good experience. Delivery came before expected which was a bonus, driver was very friendly and left them in a suitable place for me. Would definitely use this company again!

Delivered early and easy ordering process

The facia board arrived by a very flustered delivery driver who couldn’t find the address. After ordering, finding out what was happening with the delivery was complicated had to download an app to see. When it arrived one side of the board that had been cut the black vinyl had come off and part of the end was white and not wrapped. The other side of the board one corner was starting to peel so had to be really careful this wasn’t caught and made it worse.
