Resourceful and fun course
The Test and Tag course itself was amazing, especially the instructor Isaac Ayodeji was very resourceful and knowledgeable. He knew how to hold the interest of the audience and made the whole course fun and enjoyable.
Unfortunately, the lady in the reception at the Coopers Plains centre at that time was very rude. Her behavior was very upsetting. Apart from that, the overall experience in the course was delightful and engaging.

Hi Mohammad,
We appreciate your feedback. It’s great to hear you enjoyed the course and that Isaac made the training both engaging and informative – we’re sure he’ll be delighted with your comments. We sincerely apologise for your experience with the receptionist. She doesn’t work for us as we rent the space at Coopers Plains, but we’ll definitely follow this up as that kind of behaviour isn’t acceptable. Thanks for the useful feedback.

AC/DC Rocks
I enjoyed the test and tag course very much. I learnt a lot of various useful info with online theory part of it and due to that had a little bit of knowledge for the practical so I was prepared for the use of electrical jargon. Practical was a bit hard for me to keep up with but I loved the experience and learning new things. The trainer was very descriptive, helpful and patient with all of the students. I would recommend this course.

Hi Samantha,
Thank you for your feedback, and I’m really sorry to hear that the online course left you feeling stuck - I completely understand how frustrating that must have been.
I’ve reviewed your course activity and can see you were held up on a particularly tricky question. In situations like that, the quickest and most effective way to get support is to give our team a call- we’re always happy to talk things through and help students move forward. From what I can see, no calls or voicemails were received from your contact number during that time.
That said, I noticed you sent a couple of messages through the course platform, and unfortunately, they weren’t picked up as quickly as they should have been—and that’s on us. I’m genuinely sorry we didn’t get back to you in a timely manner. We've followed this up internally to ensure messages sent via the platform are monitored more closely moving forward.
If you're still unsure about what to do next or need help booking your practical session, please don’t hesitate to give us a call—we’ll get it sorted for you straight away. If anything else comes up, giving us a quick call is still the fastest and easiest way to get support -we’re always happy to help.
Regards,
Josh
