Hi Wayne,
Thanks for the great feedback! We’re really pleased to hear you found the training clear and easy to follow — that’s exactly what we aim for. And don’t forget, you’ve got lifetime support from us if you ever need a hand down the track.
All the best,
Den - Test and Tag Training Team
Disappointed
1) The online paperwork was overally focused on WH&S including special education areas of 'Working at Heights' & ' Confined Spaces' - needs review.
2) The 'Hands-On' training was far too random. The course outcomes would be enhanced by having all groups working on the same equipment at the same time, rather than working on different equipment.
3) Off topic comments:
a) Any comments about Homelessness being caused by drug and alcohol addiction needs to be removed immediately.
b) While it's great that the Trainer is an enthusiast Kelpie Rescuer (and I happen to like working with Kelpies); there are many who believe that it's cruel and socially unacceptable to re-home any working dogs into city areas where they can't work and live virtually unrestrained - they belong exclusively in regional areas (until they retire).

I recently completed the Test and Tag course and was thoroughly impressed with the quality and depth of the training. The content was detailed, well-structured, and covered all essential aspects of the subject. What stood out most was the trainer’s extensive knowledge—not only of the technical requirements but also of current government expectations and industry standards. Their ability to explain complex concepts clearly and relate them to real-world applications made the learning experience both engaging and practical.
Thank you for delivering such a valuable and informative course. I feel confident and well-prepared moving forward.

More Practical Hands on
online was ok. WHS online trg content was repeated for the 10th time and slow and I couldn't scroll through as I would have liked so it took 4 hrs. instead of 2.
It would be good to put whole theory content online and do a refresher face to face to ensure we had the correct knowledge.
Did not want to learn about another student's past life history in the classroom session and all the questions she thought was wrong.
Felt she sidetracked & put the trainer off her normal schedule of training making her omit or not highlight some needed content.
Would have liked to have been coached better through the hands on practical and shown how to use the equipment I had brought along & was going to be using.
Maybe put a question to ask what T & T model Equipment our company will be using so you could give pertinent info to use with this equipment.
I felt the trainer was unable to use the model PAT that I had brought in.

Antwoord van Test & Tag Training
Hi Erin,
Thanks for your feedback, and I’m sorry to hear about the confusion regarding the age requirement.
Our training is nationally accredited and as part of compliance, it is restricted to participants aged 18 and over. This requirement is outlined during the booking process, but it sounds like it may not have been clearly seen in your case - and for that, we do apologise.
We’ll take this on board and review how we can make that information even clearer upfront to avoid future confusion. If you have any further questions or need help with next steps, feel free to get in touch—our team’s always happy to help.
Thanks again Erin.
Kind regards,
Josh - Test & Tag Training
