After getting rejected twice on the closed testing phase, I connected with testerscommunity.com. I lost every hope for my app to get production access. Still I purchased the Rs 999 package in which they made sure that my app gets the production access.

We do not offer or list a price for a 12-tester package because, in our experience, 12 testers are not enough to consistently pass the Google Play closed testing phase.
Our goal is to ensure your app actually reaches production. This is why we provide 25 real-device testers with a full Production Access guarantee or a 100% refund.
