It was easy and fair, it only took 2 to 3 days to get my money direct deposit into my account. I will continue to sell my extra test strip to them.

I still have not received the label kit that I requested a few weeks ago.

I like this company and most definitely will be using them again. They have decent and competitive pricing, great customer service, they actually answer the phone, and your emails in a timely fashion. Honestly I would have given them 5 stars if they had a better payment system...i.e I choose to be paid through PayPal. Now if you don't have a business account PayPal will not release your money for 30 days. I had to jump through hoops to get my payment sooner. I've dealt with one other company that pays out to your personal bank account but, would never consider dealing with them again. Anyway my point is I wish that they would do ACH. Payments as well directly to your checking/bank account. Also you would be able to get your full payment that way instead of PayPal taking out their piece of the pie. I mean other than that they are awesome! Also they do have other forms of payment such as check by mail, and a few others. Another upside is that they send you a prepaid box to ship your merch for free or if you would like you can print the free label online yourself and use your own box to save time which is a great bonus because from my experience a lot of other companies make you pay for your own shipping. So overall my only complaint as I already mentioned before is that I would prefer ACH payments.

It will not allow me to update my old review. I have since been in contact and they emailed me my label within 5 minutes. They must’ve had a glitch with the system since I put my request in around midnight Friday leading into Saturday :) All contact was pleasant and business taken care of quickly :)
