Homemade tamales from Texas Lone Star Tamales are a tradition that goes back over three generations. Here in Fort Worth, Texas (also known as Cowtown, USA), some of the best tamales you've ever tasted have been wrapped in their corn-husks, steamed, and enjoyed by countless families and friends year after year. Now you can buy these authentic Mexican tamales (tamales mexicanos) online and have them shipped from our USDA-inspected facility, right to your home or business. Our tamales also make wonderful, delicious gifts for family members, friends, and customers. Please contact us by email or at the phone number below for wholesale and bulk pricing. Check out the wholesale section of our website for bulk discounts when shopping online. Though tamales are of Mexican origin (the Spanish word is Tamal), they have also become a long-time Texas tradition! While our homemade tamales are one of the most delicious Christmas traditions, they’re great all year long! Get your holiday order in early if you want them in time — our tamales are extremely popular!

Home style cooking.
There is absolutely nothing that can compare to your product in New Jersey. These have such a taste, like mom made them. Great for a quick dinner or a quick gathering or filling snack . The most amazing tamales we have ever eaten. Fixed the homesickness feeling!

Couldn't detect any chicken in the tamales.Great aroma, though. Good masa. To my liking, it was a little on the salty side

I didn't get to try them
I didn't get to try them. I was out of town and there was a hole in the cooler. My daughter tried to save them, but I couldn't be sure. They looked good!

Variety of flavors
The variety of flavors is complete. There are many excellent choices. I like the Habanero tamales best. The tamales are easy to heat up. It's too bad that the boil bags leak after shipping. The packaging in sixes make forgot gift giving.

Homesick Texan
These tamales are delicious! Now that I'm not in Texas, I order these because they don't know how to make tamales up here in Delaware. I've passed on the tradition I learned when I lived in Corpus Christi, and give them to my friends and coworkers for Christmas. They love them, too. Everyone's favorite is the pork tamales. So good!
