Pathetic customer service
I have been trying to reach Textlocal's customer support for over a week now, but there has been no response despite calling more than 20 times. Their email replies simply state that the issue is resolved, yet the messages remain undelivered. This is highly unprofessional and extremely frustrating. The lack of reliable support makes it impossible to depend on their services. I am now forced to look for alternative providers who can ensure better service and responsiveness. Very disappointing experience with Textlocal!

I was skeptical at beginning as I was not sure what CS support I may get
TextLocal India and their team member Rakeshji surprised me
he guided me from scratch the process was simplified my understanding of DTL process and its challenges. with his well spoken skills, his knowledge and his gained experience adding his extra assistance for DTL makes me feel comfortable working with Textlocal India.
I would like to suggest TextLocal India to have such value adding staff who bring more trust from new clients
