Great service and platform, but deducting balance for DND and invalid deliveries is concerning. Hope this can be fixed.

We no longer receive updated DND lists from operators, which limits our ability to remove DND numbers. However, we recommend monitoring your delivery reports regularly and removing undelivered or invalid numbers to maintain the integrity of your contact list.

I opted for sending out the message to…
I opted for sending out the message to my customer group only once and completed the process. However text local sent out the message twice to the entire group and that cost me double the credits. Highly disappointed.
