I booked a new boiler installation with Worcester Bosch and selected this company. Michael responded to my enquiry right away and fitted the job in asap. Excellent communication. Did a really good job and wouldn't hesitate to use in the future.

He arrived on time with all the necessary equipment and carried out a very neat installation. All surfaces were protected, all waste (including the old boiler) removed and the space was left clean and tidy.

I arranged a fast track boiler replacement through Worcester Bosch on the weekend and they contacted Thames Gas Heating Electrical. Michael called on the Monday to check details and discuss options and was round on the Wednesday at 9:30am to fit the new boiler.
It was all complete by 1:30pm, he was tidy, polite, obviously very knowledgeable about his trade and took time to explain the controls on the new boiler. He hooked up my Nest thermostat and took away the old boiler.
The price was great and everything was accomplished on time. I was so impressed that I signed up for the service plan which is good value too. They also fit air conditioning and I'll be giving serious thought to that this year.

A stressful situation made a lot easier. Professional job and was quick to answer any questions we had before the job. Even making a quick change to the boiler we were getting installed the day before the job due to an error we made with the size of the area we had available.

Had a new Worcester boiler replaced by Michael just before Christmas then a faulty thermostat and leaky radiator sorted out in January. Very quick, efficient, reliable and went out of his way to sort everything out, I highly recommend this company.

Michael was very professional when he fitted my new boiler. When my very old conventional boiler finally stopped working, Michael really did work hard to fit in my new combi boiler

Polite friendly and professional, Michael took time to explain what he was recommending and why.

I had 3 quotes to replace my boiler and he was the only one who took my old boiler cover off to check that he wasn't recommending something that would be of a lower quality and again the only one to mention that I didn't need a valve on the radiator in the room where the heating thermostat was - these things all add up.

He was able to offer a date to suit and turned up on time, worked hard and left things clean and tidy at the end of the installation.

The price was the best of the 3 quotes so on the whole a really good experience and highly recommended.

We left 5 star review on Google, but worth saying here too— really excellent replacing our traditional system with a combi.
