Very happy with the work carried out. Requested replacement of a faulty 2 port valve and Michael looked at options to reduce the cost of the replacement before carrying out the repair.
I was quoted up front for two possible prices and kept informed and consulted throughout the repair process.

Boiler replacement! Michael did a great job on his own replacing the boiler and also removing the old tank and expansion vessel. He was very good at explaining what he was doing and what he needed to do next. Over the 2 days he was very professional but also a nice bloke. He went out of his way to keep the place clean and tidy. 100% would recommend.

My boiler died a spectacular and messy death on Thurs 10/11/22, and I organized a replacement that day. Michael arrived on Tues 15/11/22 before the boiler was delivered, he promptly and tidily removed the old boiler in preparation. H checked the new boiler on arrival he and identified a missing part - he ordered a replacement and started installing the new boiler. He left briefly to get the missing part and then finished the installation. Some of the job had to be done outside in heavy rain, but he remained cheerful & helpful answering my queries and keeping advised of his progress. he removed all mess, leaving all neat & tidy. I would use him again if needed and fully recommend him.

Booked a replacement combination boiler on 30th October and boiler was fitted on 7th November. Michael was very professional and completed the new boiler installation within a few hours. Everything was left clean and tidy and all the parts from the old boiler and packaging from the new boiler were taken away. Would recommend Michael to anyone. Very pleased.

Did a good job installing a new boiler. Punctual, clean and tidy work. However, we discovered a slow weeping leak in the existing pipe work after installation. They came back quickly and replaced the faulty valve responsible. For the moment, all looks well and we are pleased with the installation.

Michael was very efficient and tidy and basically a very nice guy. New boiler fitted without rushing and professionally. Even went the extra mile (12 in fact) to get me some flue adaptors as my OCD wanted to use the existing hole.

Having been messed around in the past I was delighted to find these guys! Extremely good company. Efficient, good value for money and top quality workmanship what more could you ask!
