The initial window installation was fine. However, beware if you need any repair or after care. I have been fobbed off for over three months. The company was more keen to prove the repair was not covered by their guarantee than to discuss the problem. I am very disappointed by this. Having been waiting for over three months I am today having the repair done by a local company who could not have been more helpful.

We had a fantastic experience with Woodcraft Windows from start to finish. We met with Philip, who was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful in guiding us through the various options for our new front door and patio doors. He made thoughtful suggestions based on our home and helped us choose what would work best both aesthetically and practically.
The installation process was equally impressive. The team was professional, efficient, and respectful of our space. They cleaned up thoroughly after themselves, leaving everything looking absolutely pristine.

We had a great experience from start to finish. From design work to finished article we received excellent support and we are delighted with the final product. Our oak porch door is extremely well made, looks fabulous and will likely stand the test of time.

Very professional company. Excellent product. We are very pleased with our new timber bifold doors. Transformed our living space and everyone from the original sales person to the engineer and the fitters were polite and the fitting was very tidy.

This is a very professional company that produces a great product at a reasonable price. I have used them several times for a new window and door. The product is much better than the plastic equivalent and produced to a high standard. All of their communications with you are very good and they are dependable and reliable. It is nice to deal with professionals who care about their work.

We have just had two very large windows replaced (one of which is a sliding window from sitting room to garden) plus a fixed window converted into a fully opening window. We are very happy with the company and in particular the quality of the workmanship. Four guys came on the first day and two on the second day. They were all courteous, efficient and paid close attention to getting the details right, Not so easy in a barn conversion with walls that are nearly 200. If we replace any more windows we will certainly give first consideration to Woodcraft Windows and recommend them to anyone else wanting wooden windows.

This company did what they said they would provided us with a high quality pair of doors. There was a long wait and then we had a small problem but this was resolved with no issue and to our satisfaction. The work was completed proficiently and everyone was polite and worked tidily. We are delighted with our doors. Would highly recommend.

Good workmanship and fit. It took a long time to be made, but was installed as and when promised

We had a wonderful experience with Vadim and his colleagues as we replaced old and very drafty windows in our north London flat with new double gazed windows. They were on time for each meeting, explained our options, and gave us a reasonable price. They started on the day and hour they said they would, and finished on time. They also took great care with our furniture, rugs etc during the works. The windows seem to be very high quality and we are very pleased. I really could not recommend them more highly.

Excellent service from start to finish. 15 windows including very large sash windows and front & back doors. The fitters arrived on time and worked hard clearing up as they went along. After-service good as we were struggling with a couple of window locks - Vadim came out and helped.

From start to finish a very professional and understanding team. Mark totally understood what we wanted and how we wanted the finished product to look. Vadim and his team were very diligent when completing the survey and the fitting team were excellent. The attention to detail and finish in a very old and quirky building is so much better than I ever hoped for. The windows and Doors are fantastic quality, and look absolutely beautiful. I would highly recommend.

We were recommended Woodcraft Windows by our next door neighbour and were really impressed by the quality of their products and workmanship.
We had a first meeting with clear and open discussions about the best possible design solution for our new front door. They then precisely measured up the opening, agreed the colours and made sure that we knew what to expect on installation day. With the installation, the team were efficient and made the minimum possible noise and mess, taking all of the waste away. They left us with a top-quality new front door; the drop in outside noise when compared to the old one was amazing!

We have just had our front door fitted. The fitters were very professional, worked quickly and didn't leave any mess. The door looks great and feels sturdy.

An excellent firm to deal with for replacement of our old single-glazed windows with wooden double-glazed units, including two large bays. Both admin. staff and fitters were very professional and pleasant to deal with. Very little dust and disruption in our house full of books. We are delighted with the result and would not hesitate to recommend this company.
