Hello,

Thank you for reaching out. As far as we can check, replacements for previously affected Midnight keys were already issued to all customers. However, to properly verify your case and check the activation logs for your specific key, please open a support ticket in our Discord server and attach your purchase receipt and the screenshot of the error.

Our support team will review it and provide a replacement if required.

Hello,

After reviewing our system logs, we can confirm that the license key was successfully delivered immediately after purchase. The key was:

• Displayed on the checkout confirmation page
• Sent automatically to the email address provided on checkout

In addition, we have re-sent the key again to ensure you receive it without any issues.

Sometimes keys can land in spam/junk folders, so we kindly recommend checking there as well.

Our support team is always available to assist, and we would have been happy to resolve this instantly before a review was left.

In some cases, a payment may appear as deducted on your bank side even though the transaction actually fails on the payment processor. When this happens, no order is created on our system and the amount is automatically reversed or returned to the original payment method by the bank or payment provider — this usually happens within a short processing period depending on the bank.

If you believe the payment was successful but you did not receive your key, please contact our support team on discord server with your payment email or transaction details so we can check this for you and assist further.
