Hi,
Thank you for sharing your feedback — and we’re sorry to hear about your experience.
After reviewing your case, we issued a full refund to resolve the situation as quickly as possible. We also take product quality very seriously, and because of issues reported, we have currently paused working with that specific provider until everything is properly addressed.
Our goal is always to maintain a reliable experience for our customers, and whenever something does not meet expectations, we take immediate action.
If you need anything else, feel free to reach out to our support team — we’re always here to help.

I want you to solve this.
I only purchased the cheat program for one month, I didn't even get a subscription. Less than a month hasn't passed yet and the money has been automatically deducted from my card.

Hi,
Thank you for sharing your feedback.
In some cases, a payment may appear as deducted on your bank side even though the transaction actually fails on the payment processor. When this happens, no order is created on our system and the amount is automatically reversed or returned to the original payment method by the bank or payment provider — this usually happens within a short processing period depending on the bank.
If you believe the payment was successful but you did not receive your key, please contact our support team on discord server with your payment email or transaction details so we can check this for you and assist further.
We’re always happy to help and ensure everything is resolved correctly.

Amazing customer service
Amazing customer service, opened a ticket twice about the same issue and was still helped by the same person, then asked a question that had nothing to do with the purchase that i made just something most would’ve told me to figure out myself and still got help with it in the form of youtube video links. very much would recommend

The menus they sell are actually DETECTED.
I've purchased the Eulen Mod Menu lifetime option, which is being advertised as "undetected" and working, after hours upon hours of trying dozens of servers i keep getting detected and banned right away even when using options such as "no-clip" which overall should be pretty safe, clearly showing a problem and the cheat being detected. I can provide all the proof required.
Before i get told "go ask support from Eulen" you are the resellers and as the ones that held the transaction are the ones i have to ask a refund from, failure to obtain a refund and collaboration on your end will be met with a charge back request through my bank.

Hi Alex,
I understand your frustration, so I want to be clear.
The menu was sold as undetected at the time of purchase based on the developer’s status. That said, detections and bans are always a risk with FiveM, especially on servers running custom or aggressive anti-cheats. Even features like noclip can trigger bans depending on the server.
We’re resellers, not the developers, so while we handle the payment and delivery, we don’t control detection status or server behavior. This is why the product page and refund policy clearly state use at your own risk and that refunds aren’t provided for detections or bans. Lifetime access refers to the license duration, not permanent undetectability.
Because of this, we’re not able to issue a refund.
Please also note that opening a chargeback will result in service access being revoked and permanent blacklisting.
Regards,
TGModz Support
